My daughter works at Starbucks. It really is a melting pot of inclusiveness. My little gal is very popular at her work with the he/ she/ thems...etc. She showed me a text from a co-worker last night. It read... "All da Queens and Ho's at Starbucks love Penny, but she don't go dat way!" lol!

To me it's all about age appropriateness. In Ontario you have to be 16 years old to drive a car...18 to vote...19 to legally drink...etc. The system needs to set an age threshold where you start engaging children in schools about LGBTQ. What age that would be...I'm not too sure. Perhaps 14...
