    And again... (Another US Shooting)

Yeah, well. . . fairy tales give way to hard-done-by whimpering. It's a cyclical thing.

Amtrak trains between Vancouver and Seattle to return 2 months ahead of schedule this fall

The beauty of not having an official language at all is that you can refuse to translate. I keep waiting for the Spanish-speakers to crack back against the English-only knuckledraggers by saying "In our majority-Spanish speaking town/county all official proceedings will be in Spanish."

    Supply Chain Crisis

Artificial intelligence is no match for natural stupidity.

Oh yeah? Oh yeah? Our train service sucks WAY more'n your train service, damn foreigner! U-S-A! U-S-A! U-S-A!

    And again... (Another US Shooting)

Out of a large-bore cannon. You'd think with all those Meskins in Uvalde, that wouldn't be hard to arrange. Or expensive.

Amtrak trains between Vancouver and Seattle to return 2 months ahead of schedule this fall

I do believe the mission statement of Amtrak is "To give Canadians reason to say 'At least it's not Amtrak!'"

    DeSantis Pulls Ahead of Trump

They weren't voting for Uncle Joe, they were voting for ABT. I was just sorry "Leave the damn office vacant for four years" wasn't on the ballot.

Ottawa police say they're ready to shut down Canada Day occupation attempts

As did you, son. You know why. By the way, it wasn't whataboutery, it was bothsidesism. Which is not a fallacy. It just annoys people who want to pretend only one side is bad.

‘Painful summer ahead:’ Gas prices reach 211.9 in Metro Vancouver, expected to rise

Not a bad idea. Since I actually know the correct words, I could more efficiently impose the incorrect ones.

‘Painful summer ahead:’ Gas prices reach 211.9 in Metro Vancouver, expected to rise

Not so much spelling as semantics. "Reign" being a word in its own right, would not be a misspelling, but rather a use of the wrong word. As would "rain" in the same place. You apparently hate the English language as much as you do the French.

Ottawa police say they're ready to shut down Canada Day occupation attempts

It is intellectually and morally dishonest to attribute the actions of a few individuals in "their side's" protest to the entire group, then turn around and claim "it was just a few individuals!" in the case of crime or misbehaviour in "our side's" protest. So. . . go for it!

    DeSantis Pulls Ahead of Trump

NB: That's not what "lame duck" means in American political parlance. A "lame duck" is someone who has been voted out, but is between the election results and the end of her term in office, and therefore has gone from the most powerful person in the world to, at best, a footnote in history.
