Like Petros, I'm also in Regina, & I can say that garbage hill was by far the largest thing on the horizon....back in the '70's, & it hasn't gotten any smaller in the last 30+ years. The irony here, when I look at the above comments, is that it's illegal to remove anything from the Garbage...
