    Anybody Like Curry?

Whenever we have lamb chops, we have at least one meal of curried lamb. I always buy leg chops rather than loin or shoulder chops. A little more expensive but worth it. I will try that curry sauce the next time we have lamb.

    Anybody Like Curry?

I've never used any canned liquid. Do you have a brand name? I use good curry powder or one of the curry pastes like Vindaloo. Some of the traditional Indian curries are like molten lava.....Imagine a recipe for four people using a tablespoon of Cayanne pepper....Too much warmth for me;-)

Anybody ever go to a Ukranian wedding in Edmonton? As far as I'm concerned cabbage rolls are Canadian food. So are Perogies, and so are those little garlic meatballs. My mother was a great Canadian cook. How about ethnic food in the North end of Winnipeg? How about Chinatown in Vancouver...

I'm sorry to say that I haven't heard of that one. Is it hotter than Tobasco? I have made some very hot sauces by crushing Jellipinos and other peppers but they were just too damn hot for me.

    Beef Recipes

Hi Gopher. I haven't seen those products yet but I will have a look. Specialty food stores here might sell them. I like Tobasco sauce and it generally provides all the heat I need except in chilli. For chilli I use good, fresh, chilli powder and red pepper flakes if more heat is required...

That sounds really good Talloola. A rib steak in my opinion, is the best steak on the steer/cow/whatever. I prefer a rib steak over a Porterhouse, or even a tenderloin.

Does anyone have a different way of cooking turkey?

We still have the turkey breasts left. We had the last of the braised turkey last night. One idea is to slice the breasts quite thin and pound them a little and bread them to make kind of turkey schnitzels. Any other ideas?
