I don't think I would suggest Hollywood is the replacement but more along the lines of "fame?" IE- People who are famous. So yes, originally it was just movie stars through Hollywood but when the Internet and social media arrived it showed that actual fame is what sets people as social leaders...

I used to practice shooting in all sorts of weather and conditions. There is no way a shooter should have been able to get that close.
