Hosting the event, Noah said: "Song of the Year - that is a Grammy that every artist wants almost as much as Trump wants Greenland, which makes sense because Epstein's island is gone, he needs a new one to hang out with Bill Clinton."😲

Well, with the 1/2 of the Epstein files that have actually been released so far, the new batch of some three million pages (of six million pages) included never-before-seen communications between Epstein and Trumps enemies or those that are fallen out of favour like Secretary of Commerce Howard Lutnick, Tesla CEO Elon Musk and billionaire Microsoft founder Bill Gates, to name a few.
The presence of someone's name or communications in the files is not proof of wrongdoing. But the files have also revealed Epstein’s global reach, causing shockwaves far beyond the United States.
The president, whose name is mentioned more than 3,000 times in files tied to Epstein, has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing in connection to him.

Trump said Saturday the latest release of 1/2 of the documents ā€œabsolvesā€ him of misconduct and shows that author Michael Wolff and Epstein were ā€œconspiringā€ to politically ā€œhurtā€ him. The president over the weekend also threatened to sue Wolff.
Etc…

If you want to learn how Epstein is tied to everyone and everything look into Whitney Webb's book and videos. Media won't give you jackshit because because they're involved in the cover up.

Former US President Bill Clinton and his wife Hillary Clinton, the former Secretary of State, have agreed to testify in the congressional investigation into late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

It comes days before a vote on whether to hold the couple in criminal contempt for refusing to appear before the House Oversight Committee after a months-long standoff. šŸ¤”

Bill Clinton was acquainted with Epstein, who died in prison in 2019, but has denied knowledge of his sex offending and says he cut off contact two decades ago.

It's unclear when the depositions will take place, but it will be the first time a former US president has testified to a congressional panel since Gerald Ford did so in 1983.

Jeffrey Epstein had secret child, Sarah Ferguson email reveals
Fergie congratulated Epstein on the birth of a 'baby boy' while also lamenting his disappearance from her life

Did Jeffrey Epstein have a secret child?

According to the former Duchess of York, Sarah Ferguson, he does.

In an email exchange with the convicted sex trafficker after his 2011 prison release, Ferguson congratulated Epstein on the birth of a ā€œbaby boy,ā€ offering him ā€œlove, friendship and congratulationsā€ upon hearing the news from ā€œThe Dukeā€, a reference to her ex-husband, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, the U.K. Telegraph reported.

The email was sent on Sept. 21, 2011, from ā€œFā€ (possibly a reference to her nickname, Fergie).

ā€œDont know if you are still on this bbm (BlackBerry Messenger) but heard from The Duke that you have had a baby boy,ā€ Ferguson wrote.

ā€œEven though you never kept in touch, I still am here with love, friendship and congratualtions (sic) on your baby boy. Sarah xxā€

In a second email, Ferguson complained that Epstein had ā€œdisappearedā€ from her life, while accusing him of using her to get to her ex-hubby.

ā€œYou have disappeared. I did not even know you were having a baby. It was sooooo crystal clear to me that you were only friends with me to get to Andrew. And that really hurt me deeeply [sic]. More than you will know,ā€ she wrote.

It’s not confirmed whether Epstein fathered any children, despite allegedly having sex with hundreds of women. His last known girlfriend was Karyna Shuliak, who was set to inherit his wealth and properties before his will was changed prior to his prison death in 2019, the Telegraph reported.

Ferguson’s name in latest batch of Epstein files
The two email messages from Ferguson are among the more than three million documents in the latest batch of the Epstein files released Friday by the U.S. Justice Department. Also released with the documents were 180,000 images and 2,000 videos.

Ferguson’s name appears several times in the documents.

In one instance, it appeared the ex-Duchess of York offered Epstein and his pals VIP tours of Buckingham Palace. Ferguson reached out to Epstein after he was released from prison following his serving time for his 2009 child sex trafficking conviction.

The documents also showed Epstein’s relationship with the former Prince Andrew continued until at least 2017, seven years after Mountbatten-Windsor claimed to have cut contact with him.

Many have claimed to be Epstein’s children
While Epstein never openly admitted to fathering children, more than 100 people have claimed to be his kin while trying to get a piece of the sex deviant’s financial pie, per the Telegraph.

In another document released last Friday, a woman claimed to have spawned a daughter with Epstein via a ā€œbeautiful fertility ritual.ā€ The Justice Department has stated that the Epstein files have a number of ā€œuntrue and sensationalistā€ accusations.

The libertarian congressman fired back at the president, writing on X on Monday, ā€œSo now he’s attacking my wife who voted for him three times. Maybe someone told him she’s actually the one who suggested I ask Pam Bondi in person at a dinner when we would get Phase 2 of the Epstein files.ā€

ā€œBondi said there were no more files. As they say, the rest is history.ā€

Anyway, President Trump early on Monday added Trevor Noah to the long list of high-profile individuals and institutions in his legal cross hairs after the comedian made a joke while hosting the Grammys about Mr. Trump’s ties to Jeffrey Epstein.

But legal experts say that Mr. Trump’s threat to sue Mr. Noah, whom he called a ā€œpoor, pathetic, talentless, dope of an M.C.ā€ on social media, has very little chance of succeeding in a courtroom.

ā€œTrevor Noah is pretty clearly protected by the First Amendment,ā€ said Jameel Jaffer, the executive director of the Knight First Amendment Institute at Columbia University. ā€œThe fact that Noah was hosting the Grammys and not writing a news story in The Washington Post has constitutional significance,ā€ he added.

Mr. Noah said on Sunday evening’s broadcast, which was aired on CBS, that Mr. Trump’s pursuit of Greenland made sense ā€œbecause Epstein’s island is gone, he needs a new one to hang out with Bill Clinton.ā€ Though Mr. Trump had been a friend of Mr. Epstein’s until the early 2000s, there is no evidence that he visited Mr. Epstein’s private island.

People and companies are protected by the First Amendment in cases where they make baseless claims about public figures in jest, Mr. Jaffer said. The most relevant case is Hustler Magazine v. Falwell from 1988, in which the Supreme Court ruled that an advertisement published by the magazine describing the televangelist Jerry Falwell having sex with his mother in an outhouse was protected under the Constitution.

ā€œThis is obviously a joke,ā€ Greg Lukianoff, chief executive of the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression, said of Mr. Noah’s comment. ā€œNobody’s listening to this going, ā€˜Oh my God, this means Trump really went to Epstein’s island!ā€™ā€
Mr. Trump has been successful in extracting financial settlements from major corporations even in cases when legal experts said his claims had little hope of prevailing. Paramount, the parent company of CBS, last year settled a case brought by Mr. Trump for $16 million. Other companies, including Disney and Meta, have also settled with Mr. Trump, weighing those expenses against a prolonged legal battle with the most powerful person in the world.

A spokesman for CBS had no immediate comment.

It's unclear when the depositions will take place, but it will be the first time a former US president has testified to a congressional panel since Gerald Ford did so in 1983.
In their letter of refusal, they cite cases and references going back to Alexander Hamilton and the Federalist Papers.

Must shocked the MAGANazis to come up against real lawyers.
That was then. This is now I guess.

There’s still some question about how the next steps will unfold, though Hillary Clinton sent an interesting rhetorical shot across Comer’s bow on Thursday morning. ā€œFor six months, we engaged Republicans on the Oversight Committee in good faith,ā€ she wrote online. ā€œWe told them what we know, under oath. They ignored all of it. They moved the goalposts and turned accountability into an exercise in distraction.ā€

ā€œSo let’s stop the games,ā€ Hillary Clinton added. ā€œIf you want this fight, @RepJamesComer, let’s have it — in public. You love to talk about transparency. There’s nothing more transparent than a public hearing, cameras on. We will be there.ā€

So…how ā€œpublicā€ is a ā€œpublic hearingā€ anyway?
The hapless Rep. James Comer, the chairman of the House Oversight Committee hasn’t yet responded, but in the meantime, there’s also a larger context to all of this. The New York Times reported that no former president has ever been compelled to testify to Congress under subpoena, and Comer has set a precedent his party might ultimately come to regret.

When the Clintons resisted the cheap, partisan tactics, Comer upped the ante, scheduled a contempt hearing, and set the stage for a possible criminal process. The former Democratic president and former secretary of state, left with little choice, ultimately acquiesced. Careful what you wish for?
Rep. Robert Garcia of California, the top Democrat on the Oversight Committee, told the Times: ā€œThere’s no question that Oversight Democrats will want to speak to Donald Trump and others. That is a precedent that has now been set by Comer and House Republicans.ā€

It was against this backdrop that NBC News’ Tom Llamas reminded the incumbent president: ā€œDemocrats are already saying if you bring President Bill Clinton and he has to testify, we’re bringing President Trump.ā€ Before the anchor could finish his question about this, Trump interjected.

ā€œWell, I think they might say that, you know? But they’ve already brought me. See, I’ve been brought,ā€ the president replied. ā€œThey had me indicted, many, many times. Many, many times.ā€

Like so many of the president’s comments, this didn’t make any sense at all — congressional Democrats had nothing to do with the many criminal charges Trump has faced — though the response suggested he’s not at all eager to answer questions about Epstein, even if subpoenaed in future years, and even if the Clintons cooperate.

Maybe the above can happen July 4th, between the Indi-Cars racing past the White House at 200mph & the UFC fights in the temporary portable 100,000 seat arena? It can be broadcast on big screens hung from the ā€œArc de Trumpā€ & be the 1/2 time show for whatever NFL games are playing that day?

Epstein files show several ties to Alberta
The files show communication between Epstein and an Alberta journalist, among other alleged business dealings in the province

Jeffrey Epstein’s company purchased a helicopter from a Calgary firm in 2012, four years after he was first convicted of soliciting a minor for prostitution in the U.S., according to the trove of documents released by the U.S. government.

The transaction took place between Freedom Air International — a corporate entity controlled by Epstein that owned his private jets — and Eagle Copters, an aircraft maintenance company based in Calgary. Epstein purchased a 1999 Bell 407 helicopter for $1,770,000.

A company employee of Eagle Copters declined to comment when contacted by telephone on Thursday.

The transaction is one of many references to Alberta in a file running millions of pages with nearly 200,000 images, most of which were released by the U.S. government and posted online late last week.

Records show communication between Epstein and Alberta journalist
The most significant is an exchange between Epstein and a then-CBC Edmonton journalist in April 2009, nearly a year after his first conviction. The employee, whose name has been redacted, asks Epstein if he was aware of anyone willing to bid for a charity event.

ā€œI’m hosting dinner at a really great restaurant here in Edmonton for charity,ā€ the email read. ā€œAnd I thought, you never know — Bush was just here — maybe you’d need to book a good dinner in Alberta to use whenever you want. I know how much you LOVE restaurants!

ā€œA special 5 course meal: mmmmmm! Would love to see you bid on it.ā€

Former U.S. president George W. Bush was in Calgary in March 2009 for an invitation-only speaking engagement at the Telus Convention Centre.

The file also includes a separate thread with Epstein and a CBC journalist six months earlier, although it’s unclear whether it’s the same journalist who emails him half a year later. The earliest recorded email is from the journalist who, on April 5, 2009, shared a newscast they had done, adding they were now in Edmonton, where it had been snowing when they returned from the British Virgin Islands.

Epstein owned two islands in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Epstein replied April 16, saying he had watched the journalist’s documentary in his jail cell, saying, ā€œironic, no?ā€

The journalist replied three days later, adding, ā€œI’ve been thinking about you. How are you?ā€ The writer expressed surprise that Epstein had email access, adding they were in Seattle for the screening of their movie, after which they would travel back to Edmonton.

CBC Edmonton hasn’t responded to Postmedia’s request for comment after the broadcaster was contacted via email on the evening of Feb. 4. In an online article, the CBC said it had ā€œno knowledgeā€ of the email exchange.

ā€œWe believe it was an employee who worked at CBC in 2009, but that’s not been confirmed,ā€ CBC spokesman Chuck Thompson said in the CBC story. ā€œWe did not know about this relationship or any journalistic reason for it. The emails clearly refer to personal projects.ā€

Thompson later said he believed the person worked for CBC from 2008 to 2009.

According to Tiffany Burns’ LinkedIn profile, she was the chief correspondent and anchor at CBC from September 2008 to November 2009. Since 2013, she lived and worked in Calgary as a freelance journalist.

Burns, who died in late 2024, was also director, writer and producer of Eagle Harbour Entertainment, where she produced a documentary titled Mr. Big, which investigated how the RCMP extracted false confessions that led to wrongful arrests, and was featured in several film festivals.

In one of the conversations from July 2009, a person tells Epstein that they were thinking of taking polo lessons, but they tended to pull a muscle ā€œevery time.ā€

ā€œI’m starting to realize my budding polo career might have to take a back seat to my actual job,ā€ the email reads.

Burns’ obituary mentions her championing a women’s tournament at the Calgary Polo Club. Meanwhile, her blog features a photo of her on a horse with a polo mallet.

They also hinted at a vacation on Epstein’s island, saying, ā€œYou planted a seed with your invite today. I have next Wed(nesday) thr(ough) Sunday off (July 22 to 26), my last vacation for months.ā€ They followed their next email with, ā€œoh well, looks like it’s a long flight anyhow . . . (E)dmonton is so far away from EVERYTHING.ā€

The files also include another exchange on March 16, 2014, in which the person begins their email, saying, ā€œGive me a call one day, if you like, to catch up. I often think of you and wonder how you are doing.ā€

The writer goes on to share that their project recently won an award as the best new Canadian blog. Burns’ online blog, Blue Besos, was named as winner of the 2013 Best New Blog at the Canadian Blog Awards. In a previous email from the same thread, the person said they were living in Calgary.

Epstein considered business, real estate opportunities in Alberta
One of the clearest links to Calgary was an email on Feb. 2, 2016, from a realtor from New York named David Mitchell, who urged Epstein to invest in property in Alberta. ā€œU.S. dollar and natural resources bounce,ā€ Mitchell said. A report, dated July 19, 2019, from Deutsche Private Bank, which lists Epstein as a criminal, indicates that he had one or more addresses in Calgary.

Epstein also had an email interaction with Julian Leese, son of British defence contractor Douglas Leese. The email opens with Epstein writing, ā€œMy boy, Just checking to see how you are. Love J.ā€

Leese replies that he is in Calgary, to which Epstein asks, ā€œFun?ā€

ā€œNO,ā€ Leese wrote back.

The emails also show Epstein’s assistants co-ordinating details to buy plane tickets to Banff for prominent German cognitive scientist and AI researcher Joscha Bach.

ā€œI have got an invitation to a conference in Banff,ā€ he wrote to Epstein on July 17, 2016. ā€œCould you help with tickets for this, too, please? If not, no problem.ā€

Bach, who is the executive director of the California Institute for Machine Consciousness, wrote in a statement to SFGate that he didn’t receive any assistance from Epstein after his 2019 arrest. He said he wasn’t aware of any sex-trafficking allegations involving the financier during their correspondence.

ā€œTo be clear: I have never been aware of any crimes of Epstein after his (2008) conviction, or observed him to engage in any illicit behaviour, and the accusations after his second arrest came as a shock,ā€ he wrote.

ā€œBetween 2013 and 2019, Epstein covered our living costs — relocation, rent, medical expenses, school fees, the salary gap and conference travel.

ā€œAccepting (his funding) was driven by necessity; the alternative was to abandon my research,ā€ Bach wrote. ā€œI could not have afforded to support a family of four in America on a post-doc salary, and my wife’s visa restricted her from working.ā€

In Norway, one prominent diplomat has already been suspended and a police investigation has been opened into a former prime minister. In the U.K., the former ambassador to the U.S. has been fired; on Tuesday, he resigned from the House of Lords. Police are reviewing reports he shared market-sensitive information with Epstein.

Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, formerly known as Prince Andrew, was stripped of his royal titles and residence. A charity founded by his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson, the former Duchess of York, will shut down indefinitely following the release of emails where she called Epstein a ā€œlegendā€ and ā€œthe brother I have always wished for.ā€

But as Europe’s political class moves to clean up its mess and address its shame concerning ties with the convicted sex offender, it’s inadvertently highlighting something else — the comparative lack of accountability in the U.S.
ā€œWell, I think they might say that, you know? But they’ve already brought me. See, I’ve been brought,ā€ the president replied. ā€œThey had me indicted, many, many times. Many, many times.ā€
No prominent American politicians have taken a fall. Consequences have been limited. Wagons have been circled around the most prominent political figures whose names have surfaced in the legal document dumps of which roughly 1/2 of the total have been released so far.

In the U.K., former ambassador to the U.S. Peter Mandelson — who has said he was wrong to believe Epstein following his conviction and to continue his association with him afterwards — has emerged as a millstone around British Prime Minister Keir Starmer’s neck. While Starmer never actually met Epstein, some are calling for his resignation over his appointment of Mandelson. The prime minister publicly apologized Thursday to Epstein’s victims.

ā€œI am sorry,ā€ Starmer said. ā€œSorry for what was done to you, sorry that so many people with power failed you, sorry for having believed Mandelson’s lies and appointed him and sorry that even now you’re forced to watch this story unfold in public once again.ā€

It’s a different story in the U.S. Donald Trump’s Republican Party has largely averted its eyes or rallied to the president’s defense despite his documented ties to Epstein and the unverified additional allegations against the president that appeared last week.
Trump has denied wrongdoing in relation to the Epstein allegations, and no evidence (released so far) has suggested that he took part in Epstein’s trafficking operation. The president also has maintained that he and Epstein had a falling out years ago.

Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick remains unscathed in his Cabinet post. Lutnick said on a podcast last year that he was so disgusted by his neighbor Epstein in 2005 that he vowed to never be in the same room with him again. But when the Justice Department released more than three million of the six million pages of materials related to the late American financier last Friday, emails surfaced suggesting a closer relationship and that Lutnick had actually seen Epstein some years later on a trip to Epstein’s "Pedophile Island".

A spokesperson said the Commerce secretary ā€œhad limited interactions with Mr. Epstein in the presence of his wife and has never been accused of wrongdoing.ā€ So far, there are no signs it affected his standing in the Trump Cabinet.

Some see the relatively limited fallout — in a public arena where infidelity or even smoking marijuana were once enough to sink a career — as a reflection of the diminished standards of the Trump era, when the president’s own indiscretions and extreme polarization has led to a greater tolerance of the ā€˜stank’ of scandal. They point to the Cabinet nominations of former Rep. Matt Gaetz of Florida and Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, both of whom would have been unthinkable in the past given allegations about their involvement in sex crimes that both men have denied.

For many of the best-known elites who were in contact with the late convicted sex offender — including former Trump aide Steve Bannon and billionaire tech mogul Elon Musk — the only consequence has been the reputational hit.

ā€œWhat matters is not release of some subset of the Epstein files, but rather the prosecution of those who committed heinous crimes with Epstein,ā€ Musk wrote on X. ā€œWhen there is at least one arrest, some justice will have been done. If not, this is all performative. Nothing but a distraction.ā€ Nothing to see here, move along!

Celine Dion employee fired after arranging discreet showing of Florida estate for Jeffrey Epstein
'I was terminated today for not having Celine’s best interests in mind,' John Christensen wrote to Epstein in an email.

A man who said he managed properties for CĆ©line Dion lost his job in 2014 after attempting to arrange what he described as an ā€œoff-the-recordā€ visit to her Florida estate for Jeffrey Epstein, emails released by the U.S. Department of Justice show.

The correspondence shows John Christensen writing to Epstein about how he had been abruptly dismissed after trying to facilitate a discreet viewing of the singer’s Jupiter Island home that was on the market.

ā€œI had arranged with the estate manager at the Florida home that we would go see the house ā€˜off the record’ on Thanksgiving,ā€ Christensen wrote to Epstein on Nov. 14, 2014.

ā€œApparently, that was a breach of contract. … So I was terminated today for not having CĆ©line’s best interests in mind.ā€

Christensen added he had been warned not to proceed with the showing.

ā€œIt was made clear to me not to do the showing,ā€ he wrote. ā€œMy fault … I should have listened.ā€

Christensen added he had been given ā€œfive minutes to clear my office.ā€

The emails are among a trove of about 3 million files released by U.S. Department of Justice relating to Epstein, who pleaded guilty in 2008 to soliciting a minor for prostitution and died in jail in 2019 while awaiting trial on federal sex-trafficking charges.

Messages reviewed show Christensen had first contacted Epstein earlier in 2014 to promote Dion’s Jupiter Island estate. He wrote: ā€œRecently, I started working for CĆ©line Dion as director of properties. I wanted to invite you to Jupiter Island to check out her beautiful compound if you are interested.ā€

He described the property as ā€œspectacular.ā€ He also suggested the price might be negotiable.

After leaving his role with Dion, Christensen tipped Epstein off about the property again in 2015.

Epstein ultimately visited that year, but was unimpressed. He wrote in an email it would have been ā€œimpossible to sellā€ and would require extensive work to make it livable.

In the end, the Jupiter Island property was sold in 2017 to a trust for significantly less than its original asking price.

There is no indication in the released documents Dion herself was aware her representative was communicating with Epstein or she had any personal relationship with him.

After losing his job, Christensen also told Epstein he had ā€œa whole lot of time on my handsā€ and asked whether Epstein might know of any estate-management work.

ā€œI will keep you in mind,ā€ Epstein replied.

And, in fact, the emails indicate Christensen later went on to work for Epstein as a property manager for a period.

There is no indication in the correspondence Christensen was aware of Epstein’s crimes or any allegation of wrongdoing by Christensen.

In a statement to TV2, a Danish media channel, Christensen said: ā€œAt the time I worked for him, he had business and friendships with many respected people, including Bill Clinton and Bill Gates. Plus, he had served his sentence.

ā€œThere was so little public about him 10 years ago. I had never heard of him before. I have never seen anything illegal, never seen minors anywhere. If I had known what he had done, I would, of course, not have worked for him.ā€

The Gazette attempted to reach Christensen and a representative for Dion for comment, but did not receive a response before publication.

Hi Jeffrey,

I had arranged with the Estate Manager at the Florida home that we would go see the house "of the record" on thanksgiving.

Apparently that was a breach of contract... So I was terminated today for not having Celine's best interests in mind.

Oh well... Life can be a bitch sometimes :)

Needless to say, I no longer am in the position to show you the home.

Do you by any chance have someone in your group of friends who might need an estate manager? Any suggestions/leads would be highly appreciated.

Thanks
John

Maxwell, who is serving a 20-year sentence for conspiring to entice minors to travel for illicit sex, invoked her Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination to avoid answering questions from the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee. The refusal came despite her answering questions in July from Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche.

Jeffrey Epstein's accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell refused on Monday to answer questions from a congressional panel but said she was prepared to speak if granted clemency by President Donald Trump.
Maxwell is the only person convicted of a crime in connection with Epstein, who died in a New York jail cell in 2019 while awaiting trial for sex trafficking.

The US Justice Department opened the unredacted Jeffrey Epstein files to review by members of Congress on Monday as several lawmakers expressed concern that some names have been removed from the publicly released records.

The Epstein Files Transparency Act (EFTA), passed overwhelmingly by Congress in November, compelled the Justice Department to release all of the documents in its possession (within 30 days) related to the convicted sex offender.

Just sex chargers? She wasn't into selling arms or drugs with JE. You'd think she would be since she's a helicopter rated pilot.

Is her flight guest list flown under the radar too?

No idea, & she’s not talking…again, as she’s waiting on a Trump pardon…again.

Eight survivors of deceased sexual predator Jeffrey Epstein used a Super Bowl commercial to call out Attorney General Pam Bondi for her lack of transparency on the Epstein files.

ā€œOn November 19, 2025, the Epstein Files Transparency Act was signed into law. Three million files still have not been released,ā€ the ad read in between headshots of different Epstein survivors, some with their mouths covered by the black ā€œredactedā€ effect, implying that they’ve been silenced.

This ad comes as Bondi’s Justice Department continues to feign ignorance regarding who or what is in the files, claiming that it has no information on the men who used Epstein’s network to abuse dozens of young women. It has also done a poor job of redacting the files thus far.

In the latest drop, multiple photos of naked women (perhaps teenagers) appeared unredacted while a photo of Trump was blacked out. And as the survivors’ ad noted, there are still millions of files that Bondi has yet to release, for no good reason—leaving anyone who’s been paying attention to speculate about what exactly the DOJ may be trying to hide.
One released document has caused many to stop in their tracks.šŸ¤”

While many big names have been mentioned in the files, it's a document about the convicted child sex offender, serial rapist and human trafficker, that has caught many off guard.

A statement from Manhattan US Attorney’s office seems to confirm the death of Epstein before it happened, with the document dated to 9 August 2019, while the paedophile was found hanging in his cell at 6.30am on 10 August.

Epstein was not checked on between the hours of 22:40 on 9 August until the time he was found at around 6:40 am on 10 August, according to the 'Investigation and Review of the Federal Bureau of Prisons’ Custody, Care, and Supervision of Jeffrey Epstein' - which also doesn't reveal an exact time of death.

The convict was being held at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Manhattan ahead of a trial for conspiracy and sex trafficking.

While his will was revealed for the first time where his fortune was intended to go, the date of this document has left many scratching their heads.

Epstein, who was not on suicide watch at the time, has a US Attorney’s statement dated 9 August in the files, with subtle differences being found between this and the one dated 10 August.

However, none of them contain the information that Epstein was found dead after an 'apparent suicide', as the official public statement at the time detailed.

It instead said that he was 'found unresponsive in his cell and pronounced dead shortly thereafter', though like the original statement, these pay tribute to the 'brave young women' who have come out against him.

The official account of Epstein's death says that correction officers Michael Thomas was the one who found him hanging unresponsive on the morning of Saturday 10 August, as he and his colleague Tova Noel were delivering breakfast, with many conspiracy theorists still suggesting that he did not take his own life.

After he was discovered, medical staff tried to revive him, with images of Epstein's body with defibrillator pads attached among images in the files.

The New York City medical examiner ruled his death as suicide by hanging.

A 'missing minute' of footage from prison CCTV at the time caused more controversy back in 2019, though this would be released as part of a September Epstein files drop.

This didn't contain anything out of the ordinary, though some noticed that a blurry orange shape was moving towards his cell on the night of 9 August.

"A flash of orange looks to be going up the L Tier stairs - could possibly be an inmate escorted up to that Tier," FBI analysts claimed.

LADbible Group has reached out to The Department of Justice for comment.
