Google the butterfly bush. Even though it's considered a "weed", it is quite lovely. It's stalks even grow into thick branches!
You wouldn't like my butterfly bush then (Google it ). They attract butterflies of all sorts (as well as bumblebees and hummingbirds).
What about Walking Sticks? They're kind of neat.
And does that mean you don't like butterflies?
They tend to bump against the screens when the windows are open, which can give you a start for sure!
Had a Junebug give me a fright a few minutes ago. I heard the sound of it's wings (didn't know what it was at first), then it went right into my computer room and landed on the pillow I use on my lap! Needless to say, I squished it good! Not really. I grabbed a kleenex and picked it up and put it outside. I do the same with spiders. If it's a box elder beetle, I squish it.
