Perhaps your boss will give you your vacation pay? It's a shame there isn't a way to get paid when something like this occurs. It's not like you are making anything up (like some people are wont to do)!
It turned out to be the ignition coil (I think that is what it was, the paperwork is in my glovebox). With labour, it came to about $280. Of course, I had to pay $75 for the new license and $82 (the buggers raised it $7!) for the new tags. Ouch!
At least it wasn't as bad as I had originally thought and it is all fixed up now.
I imagine that you are. Had a little worry with our family today as well. My uncle had gotten admitted to the hospital with a suspected heart attack (he has a pacemaker), but thankfully it did not turn out to be one (he has had one before).
