    Yeah, I'm just hoping I don't end up with too much of a pay cut. I can take a bit of one, just have to tighten my belt, but it would be better not to have too much of one. Still, in the end, I think it's better to not hate the place you have to go an work at everyday. That's a killer!

    She's hard to predict, plus she can be so tactless and rude sometimes. I've just had enough. I think I'd like to get right out of public accounting, maybe work internal in a company somewhere.

    Well, I've resolved to talk to her tomorrow, she may be all 'reasonable' about it, in which case I'll give her until the end of August.

    I will be looking for something else, maybe contract work or part time. We'll see. Just feels good to be making this change, I can't wait for it to get started.

    Yeah, it definitely had a darker worldview than most other Star Trek shows. Things were less than perfect, they had to work within so many duplicitous political systems. Made for an interesting show.

    Yeah, I'd forgotten how much I'd enjoyed it too. I'm just on season 2 right now though. I prefer the bearded Sisko....he was so much more badass, lol.

    Hmm, never heard of that one. I'm currently rewatching DS9, lol. It's been a long time since I've seen them, they're almost new to me again.
