If God is omni-present …. therefore he is everywhere and he is everything, then there must be a common thing between everything and that must be GOD. Considering GOD as ENERGY ( thanks Talloola ) is logical ( at least I feel ). Energy neither created nor destroyed it is only transformed. If GOD is energy, what and where is the source of energy:?:
If "God" is eternal, and "God" is energy, then what of entropy? "God" just fizzles out, like at the end of Pullman's books His Dark Materials?
Why does anyone think they need a god anyway? The concept is self-refuting.

If anyone asks me is there GOD? I will certainly answer to them yes GOD is there. Science has not answering to all of our questions. Science only can explain how and when it cannot exactly answer to the question WHY? Why earth? Why Universe? Why you and me? What was the purpose behind all these creations? Only philosophy can answer to the questions WHY. So friends, GOD is a philosophical entity and we will discuss it philosophically and not scientifically.
Friends the topic is getting diverted. This thread is to discuss about the form of GOD. Please ensure that we are not getting diverted.

The form of god is power. The most closest power/god well is the sun. It is the source of our animation and maintenence. The birds know that, the grass knows that, every atom on the planet knows that. How is it that you don't? There that's the end of the GOD discussion.
I don't think man can describe god anyway. How is it that puny beings like us could hope to describe a god of this universe? We are tiny it is infinite, to describe god would require that you are it's superior. God will always remain beyond human understanding. To know the supreme being fully would mean being that gods equal or superior. Be happy with the little god in the sky. IMO
Science can answer many questions with 'proof', and what they cannot answer they constantly work their way, through research and discovery until another level is reached, and it is also 'proven', then on they go to learn more.
You say that, when someone asks you 'if there is a god' you answer yes, how can you
prove that, other than, it is what you believe.
Science needs proof, philosophy does not. In other words Philosophy is more like theory. Philosophy is based on belief.
Yeah, you got it perfect. Red is blue and night is day. You know we call RED as RED because we have been thought by our society to call it RED. We named it RED for our own communication purpose. So night can be DAY also if we change it. So called god and bad, right and wrong everything falls with in this same argument. The meaning of everything changes as the thinking and thoughts of a society get changed. Only changes are permanent.Yeah, and red is blue, and night is day.
