Here is another FACT. The boom in Alberta is over. The oil companies created it and now they have taken it back. Try get a job on an oil rig there. Forget it, there are none. The only oil rigs that are working are service rigs. And what are they doing? Capping all the oil sights, homes are now being given back to the banks because alot of people are now out of work there. Yes there are tonnes of jobs at Tim Hortons but you'll never have a half a million dollar home working there. That same home before the boom was only $180,000. And now these homes are now being given back to the banks at a phenomenal rate because so many people are out of work. The banks did quite well on that one. The oil companies create economies and the also destroy them....at their will.

Buddy of mine came back a few weeks ago said what you're saying, monies drying up and the gold rush is over for the most part.
