How F-ing STUPID are people these days?????

I know it's a stretch, but maybe it's not bookmarking the sites that take a lot of resources, it's following up on the thousands of bravado "we will blow you up" posts and discerning which are a real threat and which are just harmless doorknobs with too much time and not enough brains.

Just a thought: Does anyone else find it rather odd that when these 'jihadist' websites are mentioned in the media there is never a link provided to said sites?

I find that very strange. One would think that they would include the url so that people can go there and see for themselves. Or is it that if they do post the website someone will run a whois and the results might be not what is expected, and not what is relayed to us by our press?

Or maybe just maybe they don't wish to publish the urls to a wider audience than they originally had - in exactly the same way that the British media did not publish the urls of the beheadings a couple of years ago.

With respect to these bombings, I find the timing rather convenient and the results rather odd as well. Given that the IRA was infiltrated by British intelligence, and some of those British agents took part in the terrorist activities of the IRA, is it really such a stretch to think the same thing could be occuring here?

That was after nearly 60 years of antogonism - For the English speaking security services apparently arabic of the correct pronunciation is slightly harder to learn than english with an Irish lilt.

I just think it is important to ask questions when events don't make sense, who benefits from this sort of activity?

I must admit it is getting much harder to have any understanding for the followers of islam.
Now I can understand insurgents fighting inside Iraq as it is there country and it is being occupied by foreign powers, but when they come to the west to escape the fighting and start planting bombs, that is another matter.
I think we need new policy in the west, a joint one, including all western powers, if your family member is a terrorist, we deport the whole damn family after stripping you of your new canadian cititzenship. Same goes for those fighting our troops.
If you are a canadian by bith and you engage in this crap, then the person gets natural life in jail, and if anyone dies because of such an act, then shoot them.

This reminds of the hours after the shootings at Virginia Tech.Then ,the tinfoil crowd was postulating that it was a "black op" orchestrated by the neocons to promote 2nd amendment rights.Of course it wasn't,so they faded away waiting for the next opportunity to show thier ignorance of life and death. Actually it's pretty much a given that it's being fed from Iran and Syria and al queda.

True Iraq is made up of 3 distinct people who were lumped together in one country by Britain when she had the power to draw up the world's boundary lines.Mostly for some odd reason ,after colonizing was no longer viable ,most countries she put together had waring factions brought together in one country.....night friggin mare

This country had better start getting serious about who they let in or some serious tensions are going to rise right here in our own streets. It is most unfortunate that so many come here to escape the strife in their home country and then begin fostering the same problems here. We must weed out the trouble makers and if they start once they're here out the go, and never mind the thousand appeals process. If not the war measures act, some other emergency legislation needs passing to strip undesirables and crimminals of newly aquired citizenship papers and ship them out within 15 to 30 days.

What wever the sorce of this series of car bombs, they are going to get it right one of these days and then the really serious troubles may begin. Don't think for a second that the radical groups who do this respect anything we hold sacred. Look at the hatred even among their own. It seems to be inherent in their culture. Any time weapons of this type are manufactured I feel the intent to harm people severely is the goal. I just hope they don't ruin the Concert dedicated to Princess Dianna. That would be an insult to the the memory of such a gracious and caring woman. There is evidently no moral values with these groups and I'll bet they surface on the North American continent soon.
