Well, I didn't say you did. But if I had I would certainly have many statements of yours which make strong implications otherwise.
If you need help understand the English language so as not to make unintentional implications there are many guides on the internet for people with english as a second language. I would suggest you partake in some as implications such as those can derail a point you are actually trying to make.

fwiw, just like everyone else in the country I think the policy needs to be updated. What's got my dander up about this fiasco is once again the arms dealer has to lie through his teeth about how he's been handling it like lying is the only thing he knows how to do.
O'Connor SHOULD have just said "its under review" and moved on like what comes naturally to any politician worth his salt. But no. He claims he changed the policy last year and in doing so effectively blamed the civil service for what seems to be nothing more than his word of mouth not becoming practice.
