For believers and non-believers alike.

Based on your knowledge, what is your belief in the end times?
How will it happen?
When will it happen, or will it happen at all?

I would like to get a broad spectrum of what is thought of out there about this subject.

I have my own views and will at some time in is discourse relay them to you and place them up for discussion.
But first I must get an overview of what views are out there.

Feel free to participate and is open to any and all.

u mean the end of the world? either we'll know about it, in which case we'll probably go nuts and start raping and pillaging and preaching at each other until the end comes or we won't know about it and we'll just die.

Why exactly? I've never understood why so many people are willing to speak only once they've found out what others think on a subject. Are you uncertain of your own views?

Yes, the end of the world as thought throughout the ages. Why would we go nuts?
One would think that that would happen apart from the thought of God's intervention in our lives?

And your right, the end of us will we know that that was it!

I am confident in my own views, but would like to see what other's believe or think.

I'm sure at first some of the crazier people would immediately think well since we're all screwed i'm gonna go get what i want from life right now. In some cases it might be revenge, in others, sex with that ex who left him, or death for everyone who upset him... I admit it'd only be the crazies who tried this stuff, but then there'd be a lot of people up for revenge, then there'd be a bunch of people seeing everyone else being crazy and decide to join in or try to clean up the world, militias would form, wars would start. I suspect suicide rates would go up, and lovers would stay at home to die in each others arms. I suspect the end would be very unpleasant if we knew it was coming. I'd like to think a) I won't be there and b) If i am it'll happen fast without prior knowledge

What do you suppose would trigger all that?

The end times are a product of reason, long ago it was understood that nothing lasts forever.
Every end time scenario since has sought to bend that old truism to it's own design.

Well, if and when you decide to share your views, I'll be back to discuss my own as well :angel8:

OK, karrie, I used to believe in the end times, but I don't any more. The reason being is that I think and believe that this earth is God's garden. The main seed was planted at the beginning's, was given instructions to multiply, and God harvests the souls unto Himself.

In short that is what I believe.

You think then that only civilizations are the ones that come and go? Such as the Roman empire, the Aztec civilization?

How about America, Canada or Europe?

I believe God set this world in motion, but, because of the way it was created, the end of humanity's stay here is inevitable. Science will verify that. We can't carry on eternally. An end is inevitable. But, I think it will be organic, and not by the hand of God that we will end.

That's great, it starts with an earthquake, birds and snakes, an aeroplane -
Lenny Bruce is not afraid. Eye of a hurricane, listen to yourself churn -
world serves its own needs, regardless of your own needs. Feed it up a knock,
speed, grunt no, strength no. Ladder structure clatter with fear of height,
down height. Wire in a fire, represent the seven games in a government for
hire and a combat site. Left her, wasn't coming in a hurry with the furies
breathing down your neck. Team by team reporters baffled, trump, tethered
crop. Look at that low plane! Fine then. Uh oh, overflow, population,
common group, but it'll do. Save yourself, serve yourself. World serves its
own needs, listen to your heart bleed. Tell me with the rapture and the
reverent in the right - right. You vitriolic, patriotic, slam, fight, bright
light, feeling pretty psyched.

It's the end of the world as we know it.
It's the end of the world as we know it.
It's the end of the world as we know it and I feel fine.

Six o'clock - TV hour. Don't get caught in foreign tower. Slash and burn,
return, listen to yourself churn. Lock him in uniform and book burning,
blood letting. Every motive escalate. Automotive incinerate. Light a candle,
light a motive. Step down, step down. Watch a heel crush, crush. Uh oh,
this means no fear - cavalier. Renegade and steer clear! A tournament,
a tournament, a tournament of lies. Offer me solutions, offer me alternatives
and I decline.

It's the end of the world as we know it.
It's the end of the world as we know it.
It's the end of the world as we know it and I feel fine.

The other night I tripped a nice continental drift divide. Mount St. Edelite.
Leonard Bernstein. Leonid Breshnev, Lenny Bruce and Lester Bangs.
Birthday party, cheesecake, jelly bean, boom! You symbiotic, patriotic,
slam, but neck, right? Right.

It's the end of the world as we know it.
It's the end of the world as we know it.
It's the end of the world as we know it and I feel fine...fine...

(It's time I had some time alone)

So once again, you deny what Jesus told us, that He would return one day, and that the end-times would be part of that.

To answer your question, Jesus has come into my heart. When I die, my soul will fly away to meet Him in the air.
Meantime, the world continues.

Are you waiting forHim, I mean a physical return?
