One more experience we share my friend. Pan LOVES playing drums with me and I go into chant with him EVERY time! You remember my drum? Hear its round tone singing with the thunder! AMAZING! Neighbors think Im nuts LOL
That's odd that your neighbours think that. Cause when I think of you, I most surely do not think of nuts, I get visions of mellons.

It is a golden beige cat, when it is small it almost looks like a persian tabby with long hair and a mane like a lion.

The quiet spirit turned to warrioress ;) You have a beautiful peacefulness to you Sparrow Ive told you that before many times. Spiritually you safe within your skin. The animals you see are your guides. Im betting they change with the different times you see them. Actively ask them their messages.

I do not remember them changing but I will try to notice the next time and let you know, it feels so real. The next time I will ask them, I never thought that there might be messages. Thanks!

Self THANKS

Put on some good music and the clean up will go much faster. When I do the cleaning I put some music with a good beat and keep step with it, you would be surprised before you know it all is clean. Enjoy your visit with your sister.

I glad to see you haven't lost you humor.
Sparrow, despite the petty ramblings of those who have attacked me, and in turn get the full brunt of my affections, I truly and honestly have been through and seen more then their small shallow mind can even phathom to face or survive. From a childhood surrounded by bigotry and racism, to my teen years, in and out of jeuvenile detention and my introduction to drugs and alcohol, to my young adult life as a Canadian Soldier, facing men with nothing to loose, to growing up fast and hard, as a guest of the crown, in a couple of her fine penal fascilities. Some of these petty small minded people, have been subject to far less then most of my people, yet feel they have the lock on the knowledge of the world. If my life hasn't broken me, they surely haven't a snow balls chance in hell.
Besides, as long there are people such as yourself, true people, eager to understand and learn more, I will always heal quickly. Sparrow you and people like you, are great healers, just by asking and wanting, and sharing. I bow to you.
Im so glad we brought this back to spirit. That maks me happy. :)
Now if I can convince canadarocks to come back, so we can finish our conversation, I'll be happier!!!

Hey self, how'r the melons???

It happens once or twice a year. One specific time was the night before I had my heart surgery, I was very nervous when I went to bed but when I woke the next morning I was very very calm and somehow new that everything would be okay. All went well and it has be 13 yrs. with absolutely no more problems.

No excuses are necessary. There are some who also really pissssssssss me off but I am still a little timid about letting loose like you do, so I love reading your answers which often mirror what I would have written.

You have given me a great compliment, thank you. You are an honorable and wise man.

Great Satan
Bear,

Had a question for you...

In January of 2006, I and a Captain I worked for at the time did a funeral/casualty notification for a young man name Brett Lundstrom. He was Lakota and the funeral / "wake" was three days long. This was on the Piney Ridge reservation in South Dakota, in the Bad Lands. During this time, we were invited several times to attend a "sweat". We wanted to attend but couldn't because we had obligation elsewhere with the family and what not, and we got the understanding that the "sweat" could go on for hours. They had built "rooms" dug into the ground for these, and you had to go down a ladder to get in there.

Do you know if these sweats are universal thoughout Native cultures or no?

And I suppose I should throw in the disclaimer for all the PC people on here that might get their panties in a knot, that I know you might not know all there is to know about Sioux customs just because you are Native yourself. :)
