Bravo. Or how about we approach things from a new perspective. In other words, let's realize something I realized last night. That is, the names on these posts belong to real people. We have different faiths and beliefs, we have different coloured hair and eyes, but we all feel pain, love, despair, etc. pretty much the same. Anything wrong with beginning a general healing of differences?>
It can all be placed into perspective, if but only we can excercise love.

What can we as Catholics do to make the Faith more appealing to Catholic men? How do we get them to Mass on Sunday and become more active in parish ministries where mostly women (God bless them!) have taken on the lion's share of the work? How can we end the cycle of children (especially boys) not seeing their father's taking a leadership role in passing on the Faith, and thus not practicing or passing on the Faith when they become parents themselves?
My mind has no need of a pump.
My heart is at about 36.5° Centigrade and my mind has no such physical attributes as temperature associated with it.
The only parts of me that this fantasy touches are my ears when someone starts preaching at me, my eyes when I read stuff like your posts, and my mind when it interprests what my ears and eyes have experienced. There is no room for such nonsense in me other than that which I prefer to discuss. So whether you want to admit it or not, your deity has no hold on me at all and only influences me to the extent I let it. IOW, it is a fantasy and it isn't even my fantasy.
Statistically, women have always been more faithful at Church attendance and participation then we men. This was true even in the early Church. Read the Gospels. Note who remains loyal and faithful to our Lord during the Passion! The men, the leaders of the Church hand-picked by Christ Himself, are in hiding, but women remain at His side till the end.
Men like activity. Form a bowling league, or a Men's Breakfast club. Find a need in the parish that requires a man's skills-fixing something, and enlist their help. The best way to get men motivated is to find something for them to do.
