Whats different about the video above to this type of situation below.
A husband gets a text while not around so wife checks the text which reads "hey sexy" and far more in other texts from an unknown number. She confronts hubby and of course he denies. A few minutes later "ding" another provocative text on his phone so she grabs the phone, runs to the bathroom and locks the door.
While she is going through his phone proving an affair he is banging on the door yelling "thats my phone you cant go through it, Im calling the police because youre violating my right to privacy, Ill get a judge to stop you."
Whats different?
