One of my kids lives in a house that should be knocked down, but they (a family of five) have nowhere to go; no rental is available, and they are paying $3000.00 monthly for rent in Ontario. They're not alone. There are hundreds of families in this exact position. Maybe 1000s?

Trust fund kids. THey may be rich on paper, but someone with brains has control over their spending. Usually this happens by the third generation. In the old days, the Briddish would send them to Africa or Australia, so they wouldn't be an embarrassment at home.
