Next on the list of shit Russia is running out of? Su-25s. Seems they're gonna try adapting their Yak-130s as a replacement. And no, this isn't related to the incursion by a Belorussian Yak-130 into Ukrainian airspace. The simple matter is Russia's fleet of Su-25s is old, in ill-repair and when they're not getting shot of the sky, they're just falling out of the sky.
And although it may not seem like it, Russia has a serious manpower shortage. The more men that get sent to the meat grinder, the fewer people there are to build, operate or fix infrastructure. Bedpan don't want Russian women getting all edjamacated and taking mens' jerbs, he wants them to literally be baby factories. Which again, could become a wee bit of a problem with Russia draining away its male population in an idiotic war that Bedpan started.
Everything he does to try and keep his ill-gotten gains in Ukraine just makes things worse inside of Russia.
And Peskov is a funny little dude. Claims Russia is fighting by all international conventions of the rules of war. Ya know, like blowing up dams, bombing hospitals, bombing civilians in general, bombing UNESCO Hertiage sites with zero strategic or tactical value, using white phosphorus as an offensive weapon, murdering PoWs, etc. The 2nd part of his comedy routine was when he declared Russia doesn't have double standards. Oh yes, no double standard in using long range weapons supplied by nuclear powers to murder Ukrainian civilians while dictating that NATO dare not let Ukraine use long range weapons supplied by nuclear powers to strike legitimate military targets deeper inside of Russia, or they'll wave their nuclear wieners even harder.

Lavrov thinks firing a tactical nuke at a small NATO country will render Article 5 useless in that country's defense. It might but it won't necessarily prevent a retaliatory strike on Russia.
