God rebuked Jews and Christians in the Quran for their disbelief and for concealing the truth deliberately.
Quran 3: 70-71, which mean:
(70. O people of the Bible, why do you disbelieve in God's revelations [included in the Quran], in spite of that you attend [Mohammed's recitation of the Quran, and you see that the Quran is in conformity with the Torah?]

[Some of the Quraish tribesmen asked some Jews: Do you believe that Mohammed is really a prophet, and is his description written in the Torah? They said: No. Therefore, this aya was revealed:]
71. People of the Bible, why do you confound the truth [about Mohammed] with [your] falsehood a, and conceal the truth [about his description written in your Books], the while you well know [that he is truthful?])

There is no description of Momo the Homo in those books because those books were written LONG before Momo the Homo supposedly lived.

This is only your assertion.
In the Quran, God gives an account of the past nations of the Children of Israel, because He Himself gave them His Law and wants Muslims to do the same with some moderation according to circumstances.
Quran 24: 34, which means:
(We have already sent down for you revelations expounding [the statements], and an example of those passed away before you [so that you may take the lesson and contemplate], and an admonition for those who ward off [God’s disobedience, In order that you may receive admonition and avoid indecency.])

(God likes to explain to you and to acquaint you with the rites of those before you r, and to accept your repentance; God is All-Knowing, Most Wise.)

In another post, I explained that God has given some statements in the Quran like those in the Torah, and other statements are different and better in easiness for Muslims.
Quran 2: 106, which means:
(Such of the revelations [of the Torah] as We may annul [in the Quran] or preserve, We will bring [in the Quran] one better than it or one similar to it.
Don't you know that God has the power to do whatever He wills?)

God does not change His mind, and His words are unchangeable.
But His program for all people is the same in general with some consideration for the generation and the time and the circumstances of every community.

Therefore, the Ten Commandments are the constitution for all humanity at every generation and at every time.

But the lawful and unlawful items of food: once as a punishment for the Children of Israel on account of their disobedience and transgression,
and another time alleviation of some restrictions by the tongue of Jesus Christ: so those who believed in Jesus Christ had their reward of alleviation of some restrictions.
And for Mohammed and Muslims there are other alleviations of many restrictions to enhance their conversion to the Islam religion.

So anyone believed in Prophet Mohammed and the Quran has his reward of the alleviation of many restrictions that had been stated for the Children of Israel because of their rebellion, transgression and disobedience of God's commandments.
