A Peterborough judge has bowed to the wishes of a 12-year-old girl who is defying her father and doesn't want to be vaccinated against COVID-19.

Well i think it's got very little to do with vaccines actually, although parental rights are just one of the interesting elements here. It absoltuely does speak to parental rights, it also speaks strongly to the court's previous habits of simply accepting the gov't line that the vaccines are completely safe and effective without question, and it even shows some insight into what the whole gov't messaging on vaccines has done to families.
