They can both have advanced degrees in law and legal philosophy. The word of the Court is final (most judges have no more than the basic law degree, whether you call an an Ll.B. or a JD.
I wasn't implying so much (or intending to anyway) that Supreme Court judges are Constitutional experts, but that the Supreme Court of Ontario ruled their protest to be 100% legal as long as they abided by the injunction. The rest was sarcastically pointing out that neither Groper or his little fan boi have put forth any cogent argument as to WHY they think the protest was illegal. I mean all dicknutz is doing is parroting Groper (and his media lapdogs) who of course as we all know is just a fountain of honesty and transparency.

Of course when it's left-wing whacktavists blockading railroads, highways, roadways and work entrances for 3 months, that's a righteous protest and absolutely nothing illegal about it.

According to the law, it was not legal.

You keep being mad about left wing judges though. I'm sure we'll be dropping abortions one day lol

Bro, do your research.
What part of the Supreme Court of Ontario ruling that they had they right to protest is confusing you? Help me out here. You keep saying it was illegal. Got a section/subsection in the Canadian Criminal Code I can at least peruse? Or are you once again just talking out your head-filled ass as usual.

I'm sure some of their actions were against the law. That does not make the protest itself illegal, any more than a few people in a street march breaking windows makes the whole march illegal.

Mentalfloss knows this as well as you do, and if the protest in question were my hypothetical above, he'd be making the same argument. He's just using the same technique he claims to despise when the right uses it.

Oh I know. I usually don't enjoy getting into a battle of wits with the unarmed but that goof is just one irresistible target,

I don't really despise anyone.

As for the convoy, it was already established as illegal a long, long time ago and no whining from the usual suspects is gonna change that lol

The Supreme Court of Ontario is the usual whiny suspects? I'll ask again, WHO established that the protest was "already illegal a long, long time ago". We can wait.

The real point we all missed, is Justin okay?
Was he ever okay?
Did the words no one had the chance to yell hurt him?
Yeah, those voices in his head sure are mean.
I don't see the Mounties claiming there were sticks or stones. Were there sticks and stones?
Well, someone DID have one of those metal straw sort of things in their paper drink box water bottle sort of thing.
