That's because arson, looting, blocking major transport corridors and assault aren't part of one's legal right to protest, unless you're a lefty. Then they make excuses for it.
The only "looting" I've heard about was CRA officials (Our version of the IRS) stating that mobs were looting and destroying property at the Ottawa offices. Problem is, Ottawa police not only couldn't confirm it, they said they got nary a phone call about anything like that happening.
This is just one more in a LONG list of reasons why I don't trust or believe ANYTHING this govt says, or their media lapdogs who repeat it like it's the Gospel according to Puke.
