Naseem Mohammed, a member of the Brothers Keepers gang, is wanted for being unlawfully at large, resisting or obstructing police, breach of a release order and driving while prohibited, said Surrey RCMP.

Sounds almost like the list of charges anyone could get for blowing through a covid road block. Unless they were a BLM or antifah freak.
Then it would likely be a cop they would be listing as wanted.
He looks more like a low level immigrant who delt some drugs on the corner on a front because there is no work, and then blew the money and ran.
