In 2018 the World Bank issued a report to unsurprisingly little fanfare about the half-witted "net zero by 2050" plan. Apparently f*cktards like Flossy and his buddies Groper and Corn Pop think ecologic and habitat destruction on a massive scale are good things because we're "saving the climate". Never mind the huge water use needed for mining and the associated risks with tailings ponds.
The 2050 plan will put us well above 100% mining sustainability and it's questionable if we even have enough of the various resources needed to reach that goal. I know you leftards operate purely in the emotional and that's why you're freaking out about it being some existential threat to humanity. Got news for ya bub, ever since at the least 1950's whackjobs have been using the now supposedly "settled science" to claim "we have 10-12 years to fix this or we're doomed", and yet 70 years have passed. So, according to those "experts", we should have been wiped out at least 6 or 7 times by now. Ever heard the story of the Boy Who Cried 'Wolf'?

The "settled "science" claimed the Artic would be permanently ice free in the summers by 2000. It's 2021 and there's still plenty of summer ice in the Arctic based on the number of yahoos who have gone to the Arctic in summer since then, who had to be rescued from the sea ice. They try to freak you out by "freaking out" about a melting, receding ice sheet in Greenland that didn't even exist 1100 years ago but will somehow spell disaster for humanity.

Ah well, enjoy speeding the extinction of the mountain gorillas and their habitat as you enjoy your touch screen tech. And let's not forget about the fact YOU still drive an ICE powered vehicle. Can't afford an EV but you're too good for public transit, aren't you.
