Right. When he lashes out without Congress input, there is no control pover how or when he lashes out. His orders of dropping bombs on Syria without Congressional input is a prime example of how impulsive and scary his actions can be. So I can't blame his staff for being tentative about rebelling against him. But they aren't doing the country any favours when they don't.
Exactly........... His staff intimidation is just cause for mass resignations........ IF they want to maintain their own ethical standards.

He really IS behaving like a dictator.......... and he controls his staff via fear and intimidation..

How on earth is this a democratic Republic (Gov)

It is also much easier to DICTATE than to work via a democratic process. He has no patience for the latter.

His MO is to divide and conquer.......while behaving like a dictator.

But his supporters seem to like that........

WASHINGTON — A Democratic U.S. lawmaker who opposed his party’s moves to impeach President Donald Trump told staff on Saturday he will become a Republican as soon as next week, the New York Times reported, citing unnamed sources familiar with the discussions.
New Jersey Congressman Jeff Van Drew is one of just two Democrats who voted against setting up the impeachment inquiry in the U.S. House of Representatives on Oct. 31.
If he changes his political party, it would be a sign of the strain the impeachment process is putting on moderate Democrats.
Trump carried Van Drew’s district in the 2016 presidential election and Democrats in similar districts face a deluge of Republican advertising attacks over impeachment and voters who are divided on the subject.
Democrats in the House on Friday approved two charges against Trump over his efforts to pressure Ukraine to investigate Democratic political rival Joe Biden.
Story continues below
Trump is expected to become the third U.S. president to be impeached when the full Democratic-led House votes on the charges, likely next week, setting up a trial in the Republican-controlled Senate. Trump’s fellow Republicans have shown no signs of wanting to remove Trump from office.

And some Republicans have dropped the Republican party.

Personally the ones to drop and go Independent are better than switching parties, but that's just personal opinion.

I've more contempt for Mitch McConnell and others who say they've already found Trump innocent when the Trial hasn't even happened yet.

By rights, McConnell, Graham and others should be dismissed for bias, as any other juror in any other trial would be.

Over 1/2 the country doesn't believe Trump should be impeached before the trial.

63 Million Americans voted for Trump and the left are trying to dismiss their choice, is'nt that also biased?

Well, I think THAT is true of a lot of politicians, I'd bet at least a 1/4 of them. It's not really all their fault because of overlapping philosophies of the various political parties. They ALL want to try to please ALL electorate.
(shrugs) And Trump only wants to please himself and his voters and eff everyone else.

Your figures are a little off.

Majority of Americans support ousting Trump from office, new poll shows
The poll also found that 70 percent believe that the president was wrong to pressure Ukraine to launch a probe into his political rivals.

So? Most people on the planet once thought the universe revolved around Earth, too.

Democracy serves the majority.

Indeed. Mitch has aligned himself with the white house........and together they have built a wall of resistance to any kind of effective oversight......let alone the impeachment process. The FIX is IN.

I don't see Donald quite that way. I see Donald as a guy I could approach and tell him "cut out the f**king bull shit Donald and then we can have a sensible conversation" and we would.
