Open to interpretation so moderates have an excuse to take back to their districts to defend themselves

The US is no longer a nation that cares about rule of law or it's own Constitution.

Since the Senate is already planning to acquit, and even proudly announcing so despite not even officially holding the Trial yet, it shows that there is no such thing as their Constitution, there is only the party of "We do what we want and fuk the rest of the Country."

They have no regard for their own agencies. The law is what they say it is......There are NO ethical standards ......and the central operating mechanisms are GREED. and POWER ...

You apparently don't know how the procedure works. Trump will be impeached by the House of Reps. We have yet to see if he will be impeached by ALL Congress

No it isn’t off topic , this whole Ukrainian issue is about Trump asking what was up with Biden . It is very much on topic , it is so on topic that the Democrats have changed the articles of impeachment away from Quid Pro Quo to shield their grand elder statesman and front running presidential candidate .

It may not even make it through the House of Representatives , as it appears a number of swing state Dems are getting cold feet . Next week should tell . But they don’t seem to have any bipartisan support and not even 100% support in their own party .
