^this one says only one of these guys has committed vehicular homicide: guess which one?

Actually, if you look a little closer, it actually says one of these guys is a smarmy little arrogant prick, who is completely self-delusional and actually believes he won another majority mandate. guess which one?

The energy industry provided 7.7% of all jobs in Alberta in 2013 and 140,300 jobs representing 6.1% of total employment of 2,286,900 in Alberta in 2017.

What do the other 93.9% do for a living?

Amazing how the entire effort and focus the provincial government is for the oil industry.

If only they had paid that sort of attention to IT jobs...

They became of less and less importance over time as logic would dictate.

Nailed it, Dec.

Of all the photos that were taken during the meeting, it is rather telling that the liberal government subsidized Macleans mag would choose this one. I doubt it was to show Moe in good light but they erred in neglecting to recognize that Pinocchio is the one who really comes off looking like the hubristic dork we all know he is.

It's unsurprising that in areas where they actually have resources and tangible products to develop and sell, they develop and sell those products and resources. It's also unsurprising that in areas where there are no tangible products to sell, people are sold the bullshit line that moving data and information around in circles is the holy grail of economic prosperity.

Learn to code, man.

And now Kenney announces a $30 million dollar "war room" where the government of Alberta will combat online misinformation about the poor poor oil industry.

Perhaps if they could spare a few bucks for non-oil related charity they could get those IT guys working.

Geez, that's still 10 million dollars less than the Tides Canada Foundation granted organizations involved in anti-pipeline activism in the U.S., Canada and in Europe in the past 10 years. What a slacker, he's going to have to learn to keep up, eh?

Perhaps if we could keep all those mouth-breathing enviro nuts like yourself busier with jobs, you guys would have less time to bitch and whine. Then again, expecting a lazy prog to pull their fair share is completely unrealistic.

You would think Alberta would be putting $30 million into job creation.

They are...in fact a lot more than 30 million.

Amusing watching you troll away and being intentionally obtuse. Don't worry we already know your MO, I'm just not sure whether I should laugh or pity you. Maybe both.

Money well spent... In fact, allocating only $30 million is a little cheap considering the value of demonstrating that the ecotard lobby are little more than a pack of lying shysters is so enormous.

Hopefully this war room starts with tearing down the tantrum-throwing Greta
