Yeah he sure did a shitty job. So shitty our dollar was $1.14 and we deflected a global recession. With that strong of a dollar CPP Investment Board make a shit load of money and gobbled up US assets for pennies on the dollar. If we can keep the Liberals from raiding it your retirement money won't be borrowed to cover liabilities. Did I mention all the infrastructure and Eco Energy that actually reduces energy consumption and wasn't a revenue stream.
