House will vote on impeachment procedures Thursday to ensure transparency, Democrats say

House Democrats said Monday that the House will vote on Thursday to formalize procedures for the next phase of the impeachment inquiry into President Trump.

The text of the resolution was not immediately available, but House Rules Committee Chairman Jim McGovern (D-Mass.) said it would "ensure transparency and provide a clear path forward" as the investigation continues. "This is the right thing to do for the institution and the American people," he said.

They will still be "talking" about impeaching him 3 months from now. Subject is getting a little (lot) stale!

Did you see the reception he got in Chicago for the Police convention? They love him
I am sure there are pockets of folks that still support him. That is no surprise. There will be die hards .....no matter what he does........or how gross , undiplomatic .etc. It seems he talks their language............and "thinks" like them.

White House official plans to tell impeachment investigators he feared Trumps demands of Ukraine would undermine national security

Lt. Col. Alexander S. Vindman, a top Ukraine expert on the National Security Council, was part of a small group of White House officials assigned to listen in on Trumps July 25 call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
I did not think it was proper to demand that a foreign government investigate a U.S. citizen, and I was worried about the implications for the U.S. governments
