What is climate stability? Has the climate ever been static ?Farmers are wishing for climate stability to return but it appears to be too late for that.
Really , how has your climate changed ?It's becoming less so by the day and it's way too late to stop that from happening.
It is steadily getting warmer, here. There is very little snow accumulation around here these days. Almost totally green winters are the norm. Bodies of water that froze over every year rarely or never do, anymore. No chance of outdoor rinks here but they were everywhere, mid 20th century. Bird and animal species from further south (Cardinals, Opossums, spiders and insects) are permanent residences here now and moving in within my lifetime. Bird species that used to leave for the winter when I was a kid don't anymore.Really , how has your climate changed ?
And is that the norm . A couple of winters ago the Great Lakes had the most ice ever recorded .It is steadily getting warmer, here. There is very little snow accumulation around here these days. Is that a 'feels like' opinion or do you have the temps to show that trend is not just your body getting old and starting to de in you?2016 was the warmest year here, since then it's been gradually cooling until late last winter when new records were set, we also had a cold spring.

Lots . Got a nice spring a couple weeks ago . Talked with some boys catching coho in the Serpentine yesterday .Any fish left??
Yes it was cold last winter , driving hwy. 3 at night was no fun last winter . Minus forty plus on a couple trips over the Kootenay Pass .Lots of stats, just go to the Vernon BC. weather website, click on "historical", click on month and year.
You spelled 'I am" wrong. The facts I post are just that 'facts', . . . that you do not want to accept as anything but anti-semite bs. That doesn't void them from being true, it does void you from being intelligent as its most basic level though.
Grow up, being an adult is fun or do you think I and not having the time of my life even when surrounded by psychopaths.
Well, sort of ... a Lake did, anyway. Lake Ontario last froze right over in 1979. ..."Cool" Graphic ..And is that the norm . A couple of winters ago the Great Lakes had the most ice ever recorded .
EDMONTON -- Conservative Leader Andrew Scheer is in Edmonton today, promoting his plan to create a national energy corridor.
Scheer says a Conservative government would build the corridor to carry oil, gas, hydroelectricity and telecommunications across the country.
He says such a plan would increase certainty for investors, help get critical projects built and generate economic and social benefits for all Canadians.
Scheer's announcement comes a day after hundreds of thousands of young people flooded the streets in cities across Canada to demand action from leaders on fighting climate change.
When asked how he would balance both the ecological and economic concerns, Scheer insisted his corridor plan would minimize environmental impacts.
He didn't put a timeline on the project, except to say he believes it can be achieved ``in the medium term'' and that work could be started within a four-year mandate.
Good idea but you can't carry electricity across the country. Somebody take a moment and teach Andrew some physics.Andrew Scheer pitches national ‘energy corridor’ in Edmonton
