House Democrats subpoena former Trump campaign manager Corey Lewandowski and ex-White House official Rick Dearborn

The House Judiciary Committee announced on Thursday that it had subpoenaed Lewandowski and Dearborn �� a move that pro-impeachment lawmakers hope will build public support for ousting President Trump.
The committee is seeking to force Lewandowski and Dearborn to testify on Sept. 17 about their role in an episode detailed in Special Counsel Robert S. Mueller III's report that described their involvement in an effort to get then then-Attorney General Jeff Sessions to curtail the Russia investigation.
