No that honour belongs to L.A. , with SAN Fran coming a close second . Typhus , cholera, the plague making a comeback . Yikes .

Neither LA or San Fran appears on the top 25 most dangerous cities in the USA - let alone number one and two - which are St Louis and Detroit.
