Not sure it matters. If the legal definition of life begins at conception, as wanted by the right, shouldn't citizenship begin then as well?
An unborn child is not an immigrant, Cliffy nor is the mother. In your haste to rail against those of us who see this birth tourism scandal as an issue that needs to be addressed and stopped, you also fail to take into consideration all the legal immigrants who are forced to go through intensive scrutiny in order to become Canadian citizens while they watch illegals crossing our borders and children of foreigners gaining citizenship simply because they were born here.
