A very relevant and timely topic.
Of course Trump and his group of Trumpians like violence. they fit the extremist right wing aggressive profile........ that is prone to threatening others...... and acting on these threats. Trump has been one of the key factors in the uptick in general violence on America. Trump sets the tone......and by behaving as he does .....verbally aggressive, threatening, name calling and other degradation of anyone he sees fit or opposes him..........is the example that the followers take on and act out.
He sells violence under the umbrella of being "tough".... To him tough is violent, over aggressive , belittling... threatening.....etc. His psych profile is dangerous......... as he has an admiration of the most dangerous dictators...... thus leaving america vulnerable to being manipulated by them. He is an autocrat by nature...... and that should have been seen a long time ago. His supporters literally support dictatorship when they support him........and would (and have) done violence to defend him.
There is no place for his kind of divisive, racist, violent , threatening behavior in today's society. and no need to bring up freedom of speach.......... as with all freedoms........one has to handle them RESPONSIBLY. One is NOT free tosay whatever the he3ck he pleases ........and particularly if it is hurtful to others.
If a leader potentiates violence ......the way Trump does.......... he is not a leader for any nation in the free world. or any place for that matter. He conned his way into everything he has ever done.
You want class?? Look at how the PM of NA is handling the terrorist incident at the moment. She is smart, articular. and captures the es-sense. of the situation so effectively it is admirable.
