For the purpose of promoting and explaining our Cdn culture I present here some useful Cdn expressions and definitions:
“Black Lives Matter” (aka BLM)-translation- this is a coalition of Black radical activists whose goal is the promotion of their rights and prerogatives- no matter the cost- to other members of society. BLM believes that any and all problems that afflict Black people are the result of systemic racism in Cdn society. They believe that the only solution to the problem of White bigotry is reverse discrimination on a massive scale. BLM is especially concerned with Police actions, training and values.
Questions from radical activists regarding alleged Police bigotry and Police relationship to mentally ill citizens would be more acceptable if radicals had not already persuaded LIE-berals to empty out virtually all the provincial mental health facilities-in the name of personal freedom and `civil rights` - and dump a pack of deranged persons onto the streets without proper supervision or even real access to much needed medication.
In a most awkward type of backward logic, people confined to institutions are compelled to take their medication-which is supplied free to them and due to regular use of that medication, patients are capable of functioning normally-until they are released into the world-to live on welfare or disability cheques and either cannot afford to buy their needed medication or they shun their medication due to unpleasant side effects-which quickly brings on dangerous medical symptoms which often get them shot by police. Why blame police when it is inadequate supervision and lack of proper access to needed medication that is to blame?
In addition. LIE-beral legislation now forbids a doctor to hospitalize a deranged person who has gone off their `meds`. Such a person must be allowed to deteriorate mentally until they are a demonstrated danger to themselves and others; and the burden of proof of such alleged danger is now so high that the patient is often shot by police before reaching the threshold for treatment.
Sensible Police response to crazy people is further hampered by radical activists refusing to let Police have non lethal weapons in Toronto-weapons such as Tasers and bean bag shooting guns that would allow Police to knock down and disable knife waving nutbars instead of simply shooting them full of holes.
BLM Manifesto: A comprehensive list of demands designed to fully promote reverse discrimination and allow Black community spokespersons to launch a takeover of Cdn govt and act as the true power behind the democratic facade of elected LIE-beral officials who would be reduced to rubber stamping BLM policies as ordered by the BLM shadow govt..
BLM criticism of Police would be more easily tolerated if a minority within BLM were not manipulating the main group by using Black anger as a smoke screen designed to use reverse discrimination to hamper legitimate Police investigation into crimes committed by Black criminals. Making a choice to become a drug dealer or Pimp instead of flipping burgers at McDonald`s is certainly a career choice but being Black ought not to be a legal defense against arrest for drug and prostitution charges or assorted crimes of violence.
Sadly, the anti White bigots at BLM believes that the best way to promote racial harmony and minimize the number of mentally ill persons being shot in our streets is to ENTIRELY disarm the Police. BLM desires that all Police Officers shall be demoted to the status of disarmed and neutered/passive observers of community activity with no authority to act or interfere in any way unless given explicit instructions by BLM.
BLM apparently does not wish to see any member of the Police Force-known to an older generation of Black activists as “The Occupying Army” interact with any member of the Black Community without first obtaining written permission from BLM. Such permission will spell out the details of permitted actions by police officers-the places where they may meet with Black people; the questions they may ask; the number of officers who may enter the community at any one time of day and etc.
BLM seems to recognizes that there are sometimes divisions in the Black Community and BLM reserves the right to issue verbal orders to Police officers and govt officials at short notice. If new verbal orders contradict earlier written orders then all Police Officers must immediately stand down and return to their nearest station house and remain there until consensus within the Black Community is reached and new orders are issued by BLM.
“Political scandal”-translation-the phrase has two meanings depending on who employs it. Used by Conservatives it refers to some LIE-beral action such as gross misconduct or outright theft of govt money-refer to news reports of ORNG, E-Health, gas plants, Thunder Bay biomass electrical generation mess, Mars building, Green Energy fiasco, Sudbury bribery scandal, to name some of the more recent scandals.
Older LIE-beral scandals involve the theft of three billion dollars from the Human Resources Ministry, along with the bending of tax laws by LIE-beral finance minister Paul Martin in which the assets of his Canada Steamship Lines were moved out of the country and away from his own tax department-without the benefit of any tax levies being paid thanks to adroit use of loopholes Martin left in his own legislation.
When used by a LIE-beral the phrase `political scandal` refers to the Mike Duffy trial in which Duffy-a rogue Conservative senator grossly misused public money until his Conservative party masters heard of it. At that point he was ordered to pay back the money but he refused-so Conservative party PAID what he owed and then took him to court in an attempt to recover their costs. By contrast -LIE-berals think it is a scandal (and a very BAD political precedent) that a politician or political party would pay anything back to tax payers under any circumstances.
In politics, not all things that are viewed as outrageous by voters can be classed as scandal. The LIE-beral senator MacDonald Harb has taken WAY MORE money than Mike Duffy ever did yet he has yet to be charged with anything or even asked to pay any of it back and LIE-berals have made it clear THEY bear no responsibility for his debts-and they see no scandal in this.
Interesting read. Several major flaws in their theory about the construction though. The major one being the ability to feed 1 million workers for a year. That alone would take at least 1/2 million workers just to raise and distribute the food.

Here is a fake Social Security Card.. now the guy can work, because it's using a Social Security Number that belongs to another person.
So it is easy to get around the system and get a job illegally.
What is needed, is 2 tier...
1. The Real ID Act, a replacement for the SS Card, using biometric, photo and finger print new Federal ID.. (this can also be used for voting)
2. Enforce the E-Verify, if you don't swipe the new card, huge fines and jail time for employers.
Now that people can't work illegal with the Real ID so easily, folks will stop coming.. but so long as you can buy fake ID and start work the next day.. there will be a draw toi come work in the USA.

Being designated as a self employed worker is a GREAT WAY for a boss to duck any responsibility for you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And since a typical taxi driver earns BELOW minimum wage there simply is NO MONEY for things like CPP and U.I!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
At a low point in my life I drove a taxi for a few months and it is apparently TYPICAL of taxi drivers NOT to even bother filling out a T-4 tax federal income tax form!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The typical taxi driver is OFF THE TAX GRID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As a self employed person there is NO welfare or unemployment insurance if their lives go badly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They seek out people on welfare who are still energetic enough to try to pay their bills and offer them jobs doing inventory control at big box warehouse chain stores!!!!!!!!!
They prefer to hire people who are down on their luck and still own vans or larger cars left over from better days because the work requires extensive travel and the pay is so low and the work all done late at night after most public transit has shut down that driving is ESSENTIAL and half a dozen workers MUST POOL THEIR RESOURCES and share the cost and share a vehicle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Get 6 workers together and surely ONE of them will have a working vehicle????????????????
So you sign on and get your call - and are given phone numbers of others on your "crew" so you can arrange to meet up and share driving costs to the job site- the one I heard about was in Kingston Ont and its a FOUR HOUR DRIVE from eastern Toronto !!!!!!!!!!!
So you meet at 4pm- and all pile into a van- with the crew paying the drivers van expenses........and head down to the big box store- then spend 12- 16 -18 hours doing inventory- whatever time the job takes is what you DO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
THEN you get back in the van and drive 4 hours back home!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So you have spent at least 8 hours travelling in any sort of weather and also spent LONG hours doing the job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11
On the way home- the driver is drowsy, the whole crew has been running on coffee for hours............the roads may be slick with snow or ice, you dont know what condition the van is in or if it has good snow tires or quality brakes etc...........you are just crossing your fingers regarding safety issues !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And of course ALL travel time and travel COSTS are ON YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The company pays ONLY for the time you are in the STORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If the van driver skids on ice and you are injured- the ENTIRE COST IS ON YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
There IS NO Workman`s Compensation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
No company wage for lost time sitting and freezing on a lonely stretch of 401 waiting for ambulance or cops or tow truck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And there IS NO AUTO INSURANCE TO PAY FOR INJURIES OR WRECKED VEHICLE EITHER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ontari-owe insurance companies WILL NOT PAY for crashes of such sort since the van driver is using his vehicle as PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION WITHOUT PROPER LICENSING OR INSURANCE FEES !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So if you get injured in such a crash and such crashes are inevitable since the company sends you all over the province in any weather and routinely keeps you awake and working well beyond the regular 8 hour day- and driving while drowsy is DANGEROUS!!!!
So this is the brave new world of work that our LIE-beral overlords are creating for us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Or we could look at the wonderful LIE-beral opportunity given to workers over age 65 who are financially desperate and need to keep working!
LIE-berals like our dedication to work so we can avoid starving- so they have allowed us to stay in our jobs..........but of course WE NO LONGER HAVE Workman`s Compensation Insurance to protect us if things go badly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
