But a special prosecutor is supposed to be appointed to investigate an alleged crime and Mueller was appointed to find an alleged crime, very USSR of Rosenstein.

have posted the mueller terms of investigation over and over again.

he is charged with determining how the russians tampered with the election and that is exactly what he is doing,.
