Yes but did you notice , Canada’s budget will balance itself by 2041 . Talk about crap , we are the richest country the world has ever seen , we have forests , minerals , oil and natural gas , the prairie breadbasket , acess to the worlds marketplace with sea ports on both coasts , yet we cannot or will not live within our means . And you talk about crap .

Canada is far from the richest country the world has ever seen.

As far as "living within our means" goes you might want to take a look at Norway and how they use government control of industry to achieve that goal.

They control the sale of their oil.
