Trump trade policy coming home to roost.

========================================================================================================

POOR STUPID HOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He IGNORES THE REALITY that every dollar that a LIE-beral wants to give to their friends in business- must be ripped from the

pocket of another worker - one who IS NOT A LIE-beral FRIEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

LIE-berals rob Peter to pay Paul- and then complain that Peter is broke and cannot pay for his retirement or the two tier health system

that LIE-berals and Hogs want to build for their benefit- and which Peter WILL NOT BE ALLOWED INTO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As for the auto biz- it is Our idiot Boy Justin who has told us he wants to END ALL FOSSIL FUEL USAGE IN CANADA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The death of General Motors will AID that LIE-beral policy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So why are you whining about GM HOID?????????????????

Surely you should be cheering as the supply of gas powered cars in Canada has now been reduced- thus facilitating LIE-beral

policy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh.........right- HOID is a typical LIE-beral hypocrite and does not want to come right put and share his poisoned LIE-beral values fully with us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

LIE-berals are too busy PRETENDING to be on the side of Gm workers- and trying to salvage their votes- to be willing to speak

candidly about LIE-beral delight in the death of a gas powered car maker!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

your lack of proof clearly means that you are trying recruit people that require no proof.

========================================================================================================

OH GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I AGREE WITH BONDO in this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Gm mess has been a LONG TIME COMING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Trump can take no credit for having ANY influence on GM recent choices!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The average age of a car on the road these days is TWICE as old as what it was 10 years ago!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The cars last longer so we have over production- and the makers of the crappy cars- like GM- are sidelined!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But that explanation is too simple for a LIE-beral simpleton like HOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

GM also closing plants in Ohio and Michigan .

They are planning to confine themselves to electric and self driving cars, which will be shared rather than owned.
A little late, as is normal for massive corporations.
You actually believe that horseshit they spewed? If that is indeed the case, why are they shuttering their Hamtramck plant, which makes the only EV in GM's line-up.

If the truth be known, I'd rather have an electric car than a muscle car. But if an electric car is to replace my commuter then it will have meet my requirements for a commuter. So far, their battery replacement costs alone threatens to exceed my entire 2nd vehicle budget. That encourages me to look for other options.

No argument here. I've always said electric cars won't be a significant part of the market until they have a 300-mile (480 km) range, comparable horsepower, and a less-than-five minute recharge/replace time, plus a ubiquitous network of battery recharging/replacement stations.

I might buy a little one for getting around town, except that noplace has the infrastructure to recharge while parked.

Yeah, going to a country not being financially drowned by unnecessary business killing expenses like fake news global warming carbon taxes and heating and hydro expenses.

I know, we made it so hard for them to operate here, what with loaning them billions of dollars so they wouldn't go under back in 2009.

Give your head a shake.

Oh- you are a little bit mistaken there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you work for govt in Toronto - then finding fast electrical chargers becomes easier- there are an increasing number of the near city hall and at Manulife Centre and some other places frequented by govt types!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As I have suggested in the past- it seems likely that LIE-berals had plans to make electric cars and charging stations available free or very cheap to their civil service union Hog allies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After all- who would not vote for a LIE-beral boss who subsidized the purchase of your electric Toy vehicle and then offered you FREE FUEL every morning when you came to work???????????????

For the same reason LIE-berals wanted to plant fast chargers at LCBO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That way they feed both LCBO union Hogs and the well heeled urban types who jumped on the electric toy vehicle band wagon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And of course ordinary people who make their own wine and beer in those rapidly multiplying brew your own shops will be out of luck and will have to pay in FULL for their transportation!!!!!!

Fortunately Wynne-bag LIE-berals got dumped out of office before they could really get rolling on their mouldy green plans!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But we all agree the GM vehicles produced outside of Canada will cost Canadians less, and their quality will be so much better, correct?

I would never by any product made by Gubmint Motors.

Well, you do have a point. Let me tell you a story...I enjoy buying used vehicles and driving them for a few years after they are paid for. I was pissed off when my chevy cobalt experienced a knocking crank shaft at 160,000 kms. In my opinion, a vehicle's motor should outlive the body, ie approx. 250,000 kms.

If I wanted a POS car, I would have bought a Suzuki swift or hyundia elantra. Their owners expect their engines to die before the car does.

If I wanted above average reliability, I would buy something like a Honda or Toyota, but when I shop at a predetermined budget, the higher quality vehicles are older and higher mileage so it is difficult to see the value in that, it is better to buy them when they are new.

I have two corollas in the driveway, one has 310,000 kms on the odometer and the other has 375,000 kms on the odometer and both still run like tops.

That sounds totally believable. My sister owned a corolla wagon that went to 450K on the original motor(but 1 rebuilt transmission). They are definitely a good value.

So why doens't Ontario take over the Canadian auto industry that only makes 'not for export' cars/trucks that starts out gas engine style and migrates into 'other models based on needs'. Like tracks rather than tires in the winter. 1 for every 20 cars, make it so it cab ride the train rails and 100 cars hook up at one time or 1 alone during off-peak hours.

UpTheCreek Industries. 1 car model, the Cannew, powered by various sized 'paddles'.

Do it PetroCan style or don't even start.
