Isn't that odd given our long and intimate friendship.
If anyone knew the real me I would expect it to be some idiot on the internet that I don't even know.
Nope.
It was a small but professional group of Redcoat British regulars and a whole lot of Mohawks who repulsed the American invasions. The Incorporated Militia was not a factor on the battlefield until the very last and biggest battle at Lundy's Lane.

It was ONLY after frustrated Yankees had been badly beat up by Brit regulars and the native alliance led by Shawnee Tehcumseh - that Yankees started burning towns in south western Ontari-owe- including Mohawk towns- then the local people got interested in fighting back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
the war deeply divided the Mohawk and the other five Iroquois nations. It almost completely destroyed the Tuscarora when their corn fields were burned in retaliation for the torching and ransacking of Newark (now Niagara on the Lake). Even then, Mohawk intervention won battles. They so thoroughly spooked the amateurish American army at Queenston Heights that it was asmuch a Mohawk victory as Brock's victory.
p.s. Laura Sevord's father (of whom I am a decendant) fought for the Republic during the War if Independence. The stumble-bumble Kentukeyans behaved so abysmally in Upper Canada that, where there was a rather foggy border line with families on both sides of the line ... Loyalist and First Nation, ... there was a clearly defined line afterward that persists to this day following two years of their scorched Earth and looting.

Still going after quantity over quality eh? I would be fine with a group that is 0.2% of the total people were in the headlines that amount of the time. Bit too much drama for what they actually produce IMO, okay way too much drama to become the first global dictator.
