Karl Marx already predicted in the 19th century that Capitalism would be the ruin of the world. He was right.

The basis of studying 19th century industrial capitalism, kind of like studying an early cancer cell.

How things have changed.....

SA is controlling the US

Russia is "controlling" the US.

Overall it is coming down to every nation for itself.

The US is allover the place.....with no real consistant policy for anything now. and behaving like some one gone mad.

It seems that there were two precipitating factors:

The Brexit thing. ( it had a destabilizing effect)

the election of the mad-man trump in the US and all the "normal " relationships have been altered. and strained. Meanwhile dictators and autocrats have been supported by the US ...... allowing them to emerge in influence.

It is concerning. as a new hierarchy is evolving. If a tweet has that much influence.........then the world is in real trouble. What is next?? WAR by Twitter??? How low can society get??
Don't forget the 40 year campaign on the right to in couple the rich right wing from having to participate in a democracy in the US. All the wedge issues. All the economic bull**** like wailing about deficits when liberals/democrats are in power and spending on tax cuts and social program cuts when conservatives/republicans are in power.

Interesting. On what basis was this prediction made?? Thx.
Even the US is a mixed market economy. Nobody has tried pure capitalism.

Nope, it's capitalism. Because of the government does things doesn't make it a mixed economy. Capitalism has never existed without help from the government.

Well we should not have a system where government only does what helps capitalism and nothing that helps the people. Why on earth do we need police who protect private property, the federal reserve that protects and allows some to amass wealth, but not good public schools that really teach people to think and healthcare for all? Why are we not talking about everything? I mean the poor are fighting inflation with wages not rising which protects wealthy people's money from inflation. The poor don't have money to be inflated away. Why don't we all have skin in the game in redoing the economy?

Yes, that's why capitalism doesn't work for most of humanity.
Well it does work for most of humanity. There are fewer poor as countries evolve into market economies with good government things like health and education. So again, mixed markets work. Sure democracy has been 'canned' in the USA by the right. But when governments step into market failures like healthcare or real education, and allow businesses to thrive, people do much better. Of course corruption of all kinds makes things worse. That is the danger in capitalism.

We want most of these useless losers to die off as quickly as possible, anything we can do to help them move on would be a big benefit

Capitalism ain't perfect, but you're free to seek refuge in North Korea if you like.
ok. i'm sure you can easily find north korea on a map and have expert knowledge about north korea you didn't find in a wikipedia article or saw on fox news.

I see the Canadian Liberals and Alt-Left are doing their best to deflect from this serious issue.

Now we know...

Saudi - Canada row: One reason why Saudi Arabia holds ALL the power

SAUDI Arabia holds the cards in its ongoing row with Canada, with Ottawa potentially biting off more than it can chew.

north korea has less than 10 trading partners and i'd rather live there than most u.s cities. yes nothing you see in u.s media about north korea is accurate, or it is very least very exaggerated.

This is pretty much what I expected would be your answer.

But the reality is that you are one of those Western commies who would not give one thought of moving to a socialist or communist country because you know how bad you life would suck and how bad their lives suck.

Oh yeah... the Alt-Left hates being called the Alt-Left.
