You don't know squat! Your assumptions are based on your ignorance and hatefulness which, you hope, makes you feel really superior. Unfortunately, it's people like you who are so arrogant you don't even know it. When have I EVER stated that I was against immigration? I defy you to point out a post that I've made stating categorically that I am against all immigration.
To help you out, I am not and have never been since I come from a family who immigrated to Canada 2 generations ago and I would venture to say most people who have any amount of integrity and compassion are not and that includes conservatives. Lefties are not the only ones who like the idea of immigration, the difference being they don't care who comes into our country - they simply want anyone and everyone to come damned their backgrounds - criminal? come on in; killed any one lately, especially one of their own - come on in, hate gays or are misogynistic - we welcome you; FGM - no problem, come on in.
What I am against is
illegal immigration and I want to know who it is we're letting in. I want to know who they are why they have chosen to come here. Hopefully, it's because of the terrific opportunities offered to them for a better life.
Crossing a border uninhibited does not and should not automatically deem them to be "refugees" or "asylum seekers". That's why we have rules in place to make those determinations. Trudeau, in his ignorance and arrogance has created a problem that he should have known would become big issue but, again, he's too full of himself to even imagine the chaos he's created. In the meantime, there are individuals and families in refugee camps that were
already vetted and are now stuck waiting even longer to come to a country that would only welcome them if they could get here simply because Trudeau opened the gates for illegals. Wow, what a guy!
You might want to retract your obviously biased and bigoted comments because you are who you claim I am and I can tell you quite honestly - I am not who you portray me as nor do I EVER want to be someone like you.
