Slippery slope there. How many years after birth do you propose a woman have the right to abort her baby? How about a one-year trial period? Some app companies give fourteen days. Would a fortnight be enough?

The legal entity begins when the government decides it begins. If the government wanted to, it could legislate that it starts fourteen days after birth. Gotta give the parents a trial period, no?
I'm not debating it on the policital level. I just liked to what physicians themselves have said on the subject. Whether abortion should be legal or illegal I'll leave to politicians and the electorate to decide. I'm just saying that regardless what we decide as a society on the legal front, on the scientific front, life still begins at conception.
