Lonely are you, sweetie?

Yes, the Phoenix system is a mess. It was started when Harper was PM. But you know what? The Liberals have been responsible for it since 2015, and they haven't managed to fix things! What are the Liberals doing wrong?

Nice try.

They pumped millions into it, and have had 2.5 years to do something positive with it. They fumbled. The best thing is to scrap it. Trudeau and his Liberals will hum and haw. I wonder when it will be replaced?

When the MP’s and their staff stop receiving pay checks.

I would make a rotten payroll clerk. I would ensure that all the MPs were being paid using Phoenix, and let it screw up. When the phone calls start, I would say,

"I'm sorry, but the government hasn't fixed the software problem yet. There's nothing I can do. Would you like to speak with my supervisor?"

This has been the Liberals problem for 2.5 years. Why haven't they fixed it yet? In 2015, they said they would. What happened?

You should see the damage this did in the homeless circles with the delays and screw ups. We got overwhelmed at the shelter.

Senate committee 'not confident' government has learned lessons from Phoenix | CBC News

Senate report pegs the unforeseen costs of this monumentally stupid story ay $2.2 billion.

It will only cost us an extra $2.2 billion to reap the benefits of Mr Harper's $70 million a year saving plan.

This is why Canadians avoid electing conservative governments.

Oh and I almost forgot - $16 million invested into finding a replacement system.

So away we go again.

How about going back to the original system which was only replaced because it was not computer based.

are we on our way to figuring out that maybe finacial systems should remain paper based?
