Just the kind of party you want to vote into office.

If you're a moron.

PC party in ‘crisis,’ says Caroline Mulroney

The Ontario Progressive Conservative Party is in “crisis,” leadership candidate Caroline Mulroney warned Friday as she called on Patrick Brown to do “the right thing” and leave the race amid new revelations his personal finances are being probed by the province’s integrity commissioner.

Brown, the discredited former leader of the party — who resigned hours after allegations of sexual misconduct against two young women surfaced — was turfed from the PC caucus but nonetheless given the go-ahead last week to seek his old job.

But Mulroney, speaking to reporters at her campaign headquarters in midtown Toronto, said the controversies are jeopardizing the party’s chances of winning the June election.

“It needs to be said. Our party is in crisis, and this leadership is simply too important to Ontarians,” she said. “Our goal is to fire Kathleen Wynne and we’re losing sight of that . . . . We need someone who will stand up for our values — with integrity.

“Over the last couple of weeks, we’ve seen allegations of misconduct, wrongdoing and fighting within our party. Any candidate for leader — and for premier — needs to provide Ontarians with a way forward.

“(Thursday) night, I learned Patrick Brown is under investigation by the integrity commissioner, proving once again that these distractions have no place in the leadership race. I hope that he does the right thing for the party and steps aside.”

A PC Party in crisis is still one hell of an improvement over a Liberal Party that's become more corrupt than the Borgias. The unfortunate outcome is that we may very well end up with an NDP government if everyone else flunks the smell test.

Get used to B- Moody's ratings again.

Conservatives everywhere lack leadership. They always have.

The Federal Liberals are led by a Disney character without the fur, right now. That's a leadership? ... a dress-up selfie prop backdrop? Any leadership in control of his party is well hidden from sight and Justin is reading the script.

That is all any party is and ever will be:sock puppets for the ruling elite. Even the NDP will cave to the their wishes, as has been demonstrated by the BC NDP folding on site C. Governments have no real power. Those hidden from view do.

“I think the rest of the world is learning about leadership from you,” Mahindra told Trudeau in a brief, public portion of their meeting Tuesday.

“So, please continue to do what you’re doing. With good leadership, business follows and as you learn from my team we have big plans for Canada.”

A wee bit different from the conservative spin on the visit, eh.
I'm no fan of pretty boy Floyd but he is much more pleasant to look at the the neo-nazism of Harpo.

the give away is that there are like 3 threads on the Trudeau visit and not one of them is about what the trip was for.

That's why they can't admit that the only people to ever pay down the national debt was the liberals in the 90s.

That ended as soon as Harper got in.

Right back to debt not mattering.

Where would the national debt be right now if not for Harper and his deficit spending.

We would be down under 20% GDP debt by now. Instead of where we are which is something like $7,000 per Canadian in debt interest to be paid.

Nice spin on the facts.

Good thing Harper managed to balance the budget, pay down some liberal debt, cut taxes and increase economic activity or we would be in even worse shape than what tatertwat has put us in.

Canadas is $200 billion more in debt because of Harper?

The only way he finally balanced the budget was by getting a couple of billion back from veteran's affairs in money they withheld from veterans.

Typical conservatives.
