The fault really lies with the senior bureaucrats that decided this is the system to go with and approved payment before it was proven to work. Not much of this is done at the political level.

my low beams do not turn off until my high beams are on. it is called make before break. Bureaucrats in government are too damn arrogant to take this approach.

The thousand bureaucrats that Harper fired were also part of the phony surplus he "achieved".

We are going to paying for the Harper governments war on science and reason for a long long time.

Now, if we can only get the wicky-wacky fruitcakes that support Trump to understand that Hillary is gone, done and irrelevant, too.

Harper is not to blame. It's been over two years since the Liberals formed the government. They were supposed to fix it. Heck, they said they would. They haven't. Stop paying them and the senior staff until things are corrected. Stop pissing around.

Presumably the senior staff is also on the system so in effect they haven't been.

Unfortunately, it's not messing up everyone's pay cheque.

The Minister of Finance should cancel management's cheques until this is corrected. You can bet that it would take less time to get the software working properly. I am quite sure that this has been mentioned to the Minister, but you don't mess with your colleagues.
