Wasn’t it -30 in Toronto recently?? Maybe to cold?

... and with The dampness from the lake.. ( (( burrrrr )) )

..... or it was a “New Canadian” after all this is Bramladesh

It's been cold like January in Southern Ontario for most of the week. A lot of the kids working in our plant come from tropical places ... lots of Jamaicans, for example, and they suffer so. I walk around outdoors in just a long day sleeve shirt and they can't believe it. Worse than that, another one of our workers is Cree from James Bay and he's outside in shorts and a tee shirt. Cold is relative.

I guess when you’re hungry, there is no stopping a determine trucker from getting his McDonalds.

PS That driver is a spaz. That's scary.

Yes that driver is an idiot and if he is that stupid, shouldn’t be sharing the road. But he is out there on Ontario highways waiting to kill someone.

Up in Brampton, you see lots of trucks with shrines to Ganesh hanging from the rear views. I would prefer it if they put their faith in training and driving skills.

there is not much moisture in the air at -30. thankfully

No, the air can't carry much water vapour. There is a lot of moisture near by, though and areas in the lee of one of the lakes gets a LOT of snow. We are also really susceptible to black ice that is laid down from fog.

Cough, a tractor trailer with a rear view mirror. That’s new, really new.

A skilled truck driver would have succeeded.

Succeed at what, taking off the over hands by the order windows? There is no room for a rig period.. the guys a f*cking tool.

If he was my driver, he’d be looking for a new job. Also, if anyone called for a reference, I’d say; “wait a minute let me send you a video”

Now now just because this is his first day with a brand new drivers license that he paid someone to do the test for doesn't mean you can discriminate against him. Under Canadian law he has a right to be a hazard on the road until he amasses enough points to have his license suspended. Then he can claim racial profiling and have the Human Rights Kangaroo court return it for him.
