Are you THAT stupid? You can't charge (indict) somebody for the same crime twice without completely new evidence.

It's over for Flynn.

have you read the indictment?

https://www.nytimes.com/2017/12/05/business/dealbook/steve-case-flyover-startups.html

Apparently Mueller is now in possession of Trumps banking records - which Trump had warned would be beyond the pale.

The rumors about Trump and Douchebank go back to his bankruptcy when Douchebank was the only financial service on earth that would let Trump through their doors let alone lend him money.

So I think we know who Mueller is going after now.

Trump helps Russian oligarchs launder money through his properties. Everyone knows it. Mueller just has to follow the steps that lead there.

You would think Mueller would also get Trumps taxes.

LOL. dead end?

He was flipped. He had something worth being flipped for. They'll never say for what.

Did he flip? On who?

Flynn admitted to lying about December 2016 conversations with the Russian ambassador to the U.S. at the time, Sergey Kislyak, during which he pushed for a lesser response to President Barack Obama’s new sanctions tied to Russia election meddling, as well as to the Obama administration’s acceptance of a U.N. resolution to denounce Israeli settlements, according to court documents.

yep. but it's trump. in trumpsland he can do no wrong. After all he only hires the best people, or so he says.
There has been so much talk already of what the response would be to a Mueller firing. It would be a serious matter if Wing Nut fired him, put it that way.

Buts it's all republicans investigating republicans for what they might have done - so you have to think the deck is stacked in favor of the republicans.

I can see a big push for more over sight after all the collusion charges between the FBI, Mueller Investigator Dem. donations and the Democrats.

Trump wouldn't report money laundering on his taxes. His taxes would only reveal that he doesn't pay any and releasing his taxes would only implicate the rest of the government which long complicit in only the rich to BS their way out of paying anything.

It's the billionaires who at fault for getting out of paying taxes. It's the American government that allows them to do it. It's designed that way.

Trump's Russian money laundering will appear as sales of real estate to Russians for inflated prices.

I wonder what he'll find with trumps personal finances and banking details.

He can fire him easily. Coldstream had a conniption ranting about how he's not accountable to anyone and Western civilization was about to collapse into tyranny, globalism, lesbian steampunk iconoclasm and jazzy bacchanalia etc. etc., but Trump could fire him at any time.

Couldn't have put it better myself, Cord. At least the second part. I do think Trump is accountable to the electorate of the United States.. certainly not the Special Prosecutor. And he could fire Mueller and probably should fire Mueller. And he'd get away with it.

Shouldn't he be accountable to God instead? Is it appropriate for him to make an idol of his electorate?

I'm not sure about Trump's relationship with Almighty. Dr. Ben Carson, now Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, reportedly tried to get him to pray. He tried but i'm not sure it was as sustained effort. And an electorate in not a graven idol. It is a living, breathing entity to which elected officials are responsible.. but definitely do not worship.
