Even if you pulled in $1800 before taxes that is somewhat better than $600 which is what you might qualify for if you are out of work. Oddly enough government run places make these ones chase non-existent work just so those people don't become unemployed themselves.

That would mean we might have to put a cap of 2,000% on inflation then. More government control might not be the best move at that stage,No worries. If prices go up, we can just keep raising the minimum wage. If the Weimar Republic could do it, why can't we?

Who would work for 0.00? Clearly a business would need to provide at least some money before a person was willing to work; and if another business could outbid him for the same worker, then the business might need to compete for that worker. It's called supply and demand.
