Ever notice that when a technologically gets close to being perfected that it suddenly becomes a necessity to deveope something totally at huge expenses to, wait for it, the taxpayers.

Perhaps if they did something other than bend over and spread their cheeks changes might be forthcoming.

So, when did they start equating tax payer subsidies as actual investment?

Just because you invested against your will and with no possible chance of ever getting any return on that investment doesn't mean you didn't invest, or maybe were robbed, hard to know the difference with government.

pgs, I'd swear you and MHz are the same person at times..

Did you not watch the video on NASA.. they are not using agricultural spaces to create the bio fuel.

Besides, what are you planning on eating in the future.

With population growth, we need to find ways to grow food 365 days of the year in Canada and all kinds of foods.

One word... Hydroponics

No need for harmful insecticides that flow into our water systems and get into the environment.
You know the trouble with bugs in growing weed by hydroponics? Those same problems occur with fruits and vegetables too.

No pesticides.....ROFLMAO!

We will never run out of oil since it is abiotic and the Earth continuously makes more by the billions of barrel a year.

Thanks reiterating and unproven and irrelevant theory. It doesn't really matter how much oil there is or will be until some way can be found to use it without poisoning the atmosphere.
